I was there for business for one night. I ordered room service and the food was good and the service was great. the breakfast was also good and reasonably priced. Everyone was helpful and nice.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Bathrooms need complete remodeling. Beds need new mattresses.
Location: Charlottesville, always a great place to visit.
Adequate lodging. Poor restaurant, soft beds, no grab bars in shower. Quiet. Pleasant staff.

Noisy elevator noise ruined the stay

Cons: Replace the elevator now before your business good under
My wife and I had to move our room due to elevator noise; mother in law couldn't sleep with the noise even though down the hall

Southern hospitality

Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable.
Cons: We had no issues with this hotel.
The reception staff was knowageable, friendly and egar to answer all questions. They gave us the quickest directions to satisify our schedule. Especially helpful with giving us options for dinner and touring UVA campus. This location is just perfect for sight seeing the Charlottesville area.The rooms were spacious and clean.

good location off interstate for a one night stopover. rooms were adequate, shower was really good. about 2 miles from downtown in case you want to explore a little for the evening meal...

Great overnight stay

I stayed in this hotel overnight at the end of a 2 week trip where I traveled each day. I was exhausted and this room was exactly what I needed. I even considered postponing my trip home so I could stay an extra night and sleep all day. Very comfortable. Very convenient. Very clean.

This is a good value. The hotel has some age on it, but is fairly well maintained. The staff was great. Our maintenance issue was addessed promptly.
