“Excellent Location for John Paul Jones Arena”

I found this hotel through Expedia. We were in town for 1 night to see a concert at the John Paul Jones Arena at the Univ. of Virginia. Excellent location and price. Staff was very friendly and helpful with nearby restaurant suggestions. Very clean. Foyer appeared to be recently remodeled/updated.

“Nice hotel on 29 North in Charlottesville”

We enjoyed the hotel, particularly the included breakfast and the pleasant staff. The location is very good for a visit to Charlottesville and the University area. The room was basic but comfortable and the free WIFI worked well. We would stay here again.

“Clean, Comfortable and Convenient”

Nice new lobby. Good breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Four minute drive from campus, convenient location. comfortable and very clean.

“Nice place”

We were originally booked at another place in the area that was a little less expensive. It was horrible. Called and got a room for just a little more but was definitely worth the money. This is a nice hotel and we would stay there again.

“Luxury at an affordable price!”

My only complaint is that the first time I stayed at this hotel, I had a mini fridge and microwave in my room. The second time I did not. I booked through Expedia both times and paid approximately the same price. I'm not sure how to make sure that the room, when booked through Expedia, is the upgraded fridge/microwave room. The rooms were identical minus that feature. Very clean and friendly staff! Airport shuttle is a bonus! Not many hotels in Charlottesville have the shuttle. Another bonus is the hotel is on the bus route and bus fair is 75 cents. The bus takes you to the University area, hospital and all the malls.

“A good location and good people”

This holiday in was perfectly situated about half way between town/UVA campus and the airport on major N-S route 29. Easy access to both town/UVA and the shopping and dining to the north. Rooms are in good shape and hotel staff were very welcoming.

“Nice little pool-”

Nice little pool- Breakfast buffet is pay but all incluse . waiters friendly gave extras if asked for. TV's need upgrading to flat panel. Couldn't get the WI-FI to work and the desk people were no help.
