Cons: It would be nice if they had a "green linens" policy where if you leave towels on the floor they take them but if you leave them hanging up they don't
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. It was quiet in the rooms even with weddings both nights. They have real doors for the room and bathroom which help with insulation. The coffee machine's are tricky to use despite being supposedly easy to use. We never got ours to make the cup right the first time. It was weird.

Pros: New and clean
Location: I like this place, but only thing needs to keep in mind is that it is at least 20-30 minutes drive to any atrraction.
The hotel seems very new and room was clean and quiet.

Cons: It would be nice to have a continental breakfast included in the stay. Otherwise everything about the facility and staff was great.
Great facility and staff. Quiet location that I would recommend to anyone.

Pros: View, public spaces, rooms, staff, food. A favorite for meetings and retreats held here.
Cons: NA
Location: Minnesota Landscape Arboretum very close, Twin Cities is a little bit of a drive but not too far for day trips.
Staff very solicitous and helped make business trip actually enjoyable.

Comfortable, quiet and serene.

Pros: The hotel was filled to capacity when I was there but it was as quiet as a church mouse in my room.
Cons: Although there is a bypass lane out front, I would like to see a dedicated turn lane to enter from while awaiting oncoming traffic.
Location: There is a nice strip mall with restaurants nearby, but I was there on business so I don't know what there is to do in the area.
The small black and white sign out front could just as easily read; "Rummage Sale" but it belies the quiet grandeur of the fine hotel hidden behind it, well off the busy road. An excellent place to stay, I was there on business and was pleasantly surprised by the value!

Pros: Clean, the food was great, the hotel staff was the best.
Cons: The room could have been a little bigger.
Location: Within one mile of several shopping centers, and gas stations.
Beautiful hotel and Conference center. The architecture was fantastic and the staff was top-notch. Room service was great. The room was clean and fresh every day. The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone. Next time I stay in the Minneapolis area, that's where I'm going.....
