Pros: location
Cons: no free breakfast,,,,cafe was great to eat at for meals
Location: located near mall and hospital. We stayed while family member was having a baby

Great hotel! My husband and I stayed in the king suite and the jacuzzi was wonderful! The bed was extremely comfortable! We definitely will come back!

Nice room. Great bed. Quick and friendly check-in. Good wifi. Fridge with freezer was a nice extra. However the noise from kids running up and down the outdoor hallway above me transmitted quite nicely to my room, as did the sound of the TV through the (locked) shared door between my room and the room next to me. They left the TV on all night! So, if you don't mind paper thin walls and doors, you'll love this place.

Location: not a good location if you want to be beside a store like walmart, etc.
The room was not stocked will with towels and paper products. The room also smelled of smoke. We did get a non smoking room.

Location: near freeway and half way home
Passing through and staying for one night was fine except a little pricey and no breakfast. They had a great place to eat attached to the hotel called the City Grill for dinner.

The staff here is friendly and courteous. Room provided to us was beautifully decorated with all the amenities. The dinner connected to the hotel was wonderful. The hot breakfast was free and a great way to start the day. I have to say this is the nicest place; a luxurious hotel at an economy rate..The Outdoor Pool was very well organised. This is my choice of hotel anytime I am in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
