We stopped here on our drive back home from Florida. We stopped late and upon entering our first room the light switch turned on no lights. Th sheets were stained also. Entering our second room we noticed a pair of dirty panties laying in the floor from the previous guest. We tried to call the front desk but the telephone did not work. Walked down to the front desk. Told them our concern and the lady came to the room and removed the dirty under garment.

The hotel was dirty and our room had a series of problems: bed bugs, tv dangling off the wall, bathtub didn’t drain, toilet flushed loudly and aggressively, floors sounded hollow, and the lock wasn’t secure. Do NOT stay here. The only thing we liked was the kindness when we told them we were leaving immediately and their honesty for admitting a roach problem.

Great location. Close to Walmart and numerous restaurants. 10/15 minutes from Aquarium and other sites. Not a lot of traffic. There was a bit of remodeling but nothing to interfere with the experience. NOTE: Door Card readers absolutely suck. Would take 5-10 times before the door would open even after the green light said it was good.

So dirty...
Just plain dirty. It stinks in the whole entire place... the lobby, halls and rooms. The carpet is stained in the halls and rooms. There was stuff all over the walls in our room. The countertops were so dusty, they probably have not been cleaned in months. We ended up wiping everything down with baby wipes. The bathroom had hair in the sink and in the toilet. I don't think they cleaned anything, just changed the sheets. There breakfast was okay.

For the price, you can’t beat it. The hallways need a little tender love and care but the rooms are pretty okay and clean. The woman that checked us in was so nice. Breakfast was real eggs and sausage which was nice. My only real complaint was that you could hear everything in the hallways and the smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor. But like I said, for the price, it’s pretty nice.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We booked 2 rooms and the toilet ran in both rooms, jiggling the handle did not help. The breakfast was good except the sausage patties were cold so we were heating them in the waffle maker. I beleive the person working the counter was also preparing the breakfast and cleaning the breakfast area so he was a but over extended.

I booked this room for my husband. He needed a quick stop for the night. He waited for an hour and there was nobody to check him in. He tried to contact expedia and the hotel without luck. The phone rang but nobody came to answer. Since it was getting late. He had to go to a different hotel. This booking was a joke.

It was a quick stay but it was a very nice one. Rooms were clean and service was welcoming. Keneth, at front desk was very polite. This hotel was very close attractions, food and stores.
