Pleasantly surprisedPosted Oct 20, 2014
Staff was great. Due to low price, I wanted to see a room before booking. Desk clerk was very helpful. We were pleased with room so we booked 2 nights. Breakfast was very good. Morning staff was just as nice and helpful as evening.

Great price! Totally doable.Posted Oct 11, 2014
Pros: The very affordable price and the nice breakfast!
Cons: Old hotel. Needs to be remodeled. However, it's completely fine for the price. We all slept comfortably!
Location: Chattanooga has a lot of great attractions and this hotel is right in the heart of them!
We needed a place to stay last-minute during our long drive home. We were blown away by the price of the room! It easily accommodated my family of four. Hotel is old but they keep it very clean. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was a great surprise in the morning! We didn't expect the breakfast to be so nice. If you are on a budget but still want pleasant accommodations including a free breakfast, this is the hotel for you!

convenient and friendlyPosted Oct 6, 2014
Cons: Like many hotels, it is a little older.
Location: many events in this scenic area!
This hotel was pleasant and more than adequate for our needs. Because Chattanooga has many events, hotels are often full. So it was wise to book in advance.

Exactly what we neededPosted Jul 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff at this hotel is so very nice, and helpful in every way. My daughter actually somehow disconnected the cable while I was out, and I had to call the desk to get it fixed. The lady from the desk came up immediately and figured it out in about two minutes. Breakfast is good, although very busy, we took it back to our room. Even the housekeeping staff are very helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was that one night there were a ton of kids in the pool, and we cold hear them through the window, loud enough that we turned up the TV. Not too much of a problem, though, since the pool closes at 10. The room was clean, and they supplied all the things we forgot. The neighborhood is very commercial, not a real walkable place, but Wal-Mart is almost right across he street. One note for hotels.com - when I reserved, it said rollaways were available. I called right after reserving, and the desk said that the rollaway does not fit in the rooms with two beds. She did say that we could cancel with no penalty if we wanted. We just brought a foam rubber mattress from home because the people with us didn't want to share beds.

Close to lookout mountain, walmart, and resterauntPosted Jul 3, 2014
Cons: Housekeeping definitely. Toilet was dirty tub was broken ( the plug) beds were made but, looked like a child made them.
Location: Great location if you do not want to be in the city.
When we arrived our rooms were not ready but within an hour they were. One time came back to room to realize our door was not closed all the way from housekeeping, and had to redo our keys because they did not input our stay correctly. Not the best experience, but, not the worst. Kinda in between. Staff was mostly courteous but not above and beyond.

Nice hotel close to town.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Location: This hotel was close to Chattanooga attractions and restaurants and shopping. Very easy to get to the Tennessee Aquarium from here.
The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The person cleaning rooms was even smiling at guests in the hallway. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms were also very quiet.
