One slip up....

I require wifi for work...their system went down, and I had to leave very early to find another service provider so I could work. They offered no compensation, for failing to provide a standard service that was advertised to be included. Granted things 'fail' at time to work, but a reduced rate, an offer to return at a reduced rate ....even an apology would have helped. Still waiting on a call from the manger....and waiting....and waiting.....

Our overall stay was pretty nice. WiFi only worked the first day. Everything else was very pleasant.

Nice hotel, slack housekeeping

The hotel facilities were nice in general. Front desk help was extremely helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping completely missed cleaning our room on the second of two day stay. Breakfast very good - nice variety, dining area nice, not cramped.

Disappointed

Pros: The check-in person was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Cleanliness
I was disappointed with this hotel. I had difficulties getting my room key to work. The cleaning staff forgot to take a dirty was cloth with them and left it on top of the shower curtain rod. They forgot to wipe down a spill from coffee or soda. The only bright spot on this hotel was the check-in person was very nice and helpful.

Nicely Updated

It shows up in our GPS as Hampton Inn. Turns out they were recently bought out and made some updates. They put in nice beds and vanity. Convenient, reasonably priced, and not bad. I'd stay there again.

Nice 2 night stay

Pros: Clean and convenient location, good rates.
Cons: Cleaning staff needs to pay attention at details.
Location: Good restaurants are nearby, parks and hiking, great for nature lovers.
Hotel was nice and clean, room smelled good. Staff was very helpful, after cleaning our room they forgot to refill the coffee and the shampoo. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.
