Not what is pictured

I travel weeekly and stay in Comforts all of the time. This one is very dissappointing. The room furniture was in horrible condition. I felt unsafe in this hotel. I checked in late and once inside was too scared to check out and go back out to my vehicle to find a different location. I went to find the vending machine only to find it was gone and several doors to rooms and maintenance closets were propped open down the halllway. Just a creepy place to stay.

Ok,But Not For The Rate Charged

Posted May 27, 2015
Pros: close to bus stop to go downtown and to highway and mall. There is also a wal-mart at the mall
Cons: The breakfast/ need to update furniture and carpet. They may want to consider a shuttle to airport and some type of exercise room for a treadmill or s
Location: Location is great-mall is close by and there is a bustop to the mall and a Wal-mart
The hotel was ok , but not for the rate they charge-I stayed 3 days and booked a month out.. It does need to be updated. I stayed in a king suite but it was small. It had a couch that i later found out at check- out was a let out couch with a bed. It also appeared to have too much furniture for the small room. There was also a partition btw the bed and the let-out couch which took up more space and i did not like it. The staff was very, very nice especially Ashley, Blair and Willie. They do give a hot breakfast along with the continential breakfast they serve but it was of poor quality products-too salty and bad tasting. A couple wondeful things they have is covered parking on the first floor, very close walk to the bus stop(only a few steps) to take you downtown Chattagnooga instead of driving. the cost is $1.50 one way. You can also take the bus to the mall if you don't want to drive. However, the mall is so close and there is plenty of parking at the mall. It's very close to airport, food places, highway -where you can go to look-out mountain and rock city. I wish they would update the furniture, better quality breakfast, and at a treadmill or something for exercise. they do have a small pool but it is really only to me for kids to play in, not a lap pool.

Had a great very relaxing time.

My family went to Chattanooga for a three day weekend. The things we were there to do were easily accessable to the motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The breakfast was delicious. The employees were very nice. We had a great time.

Decent for one night...

Decent stay for one night. Hotel is a little out dated. Hotel staff was nice and polite, but not dressed very professionally. Had a funky smell in elevators. Comfortable and clean bed.

Hotel close to everything in Chattanooga.

Very clean and staff are excellent. We stayed 2 nights and our room air conditioner didn't cool very good and the hotel was full so they tried to fix it and was not successful. They moved us the next night to a better room and gave us a discount. Breakfast was great lots to chose from. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Easy access. Friendly staff. Breakfast acceptable

Pros: You had an elevator. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great!
Cons: Coffee pot not functioning.
Location: Location was good for us on our travel
Great shower. Fan we thought didn't work but were told it ran on a hotel controlled timer. Would have preferred the sink outside the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was peaceful. Reasonable rates. A good experience overall. Thank you!

Nice place to stay to wait out the nasty weather..

Pros: It was conveniently located right off the highway.
Cons: nothing
Location: There was a large mall near by and plenty of resturants.J
We stayed for 2 days, on our way to Florida. Due to the ice and snow we waited it out in Chattanooga. The staff was very accomodating and the breakfast was great. Our room was very comfortable.
