About 10 minutes from downtown

We stayed here Memorial Day Weekend... Saturday and Sunday night. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, they ran out of breakfast Sunday morn! We arrived to a very crowded room at 8:50. No eggs left, no coffee left, she was putting out more bagels. The staff person was just overwhelmed but very nice. When told no coffee she made more. Not much milk left for cereal, she got some. When I asked if she was making more eggs, she replied that she could not after 9:00. I did ask the desk if I had the times wrong about breakfast.... It was until 9:30. When I told the desk clerk what happen, she wrote it down to tell manager. There was plenty for Monday morning breakfast. But, not near as many people. I think the problem was taken care of. I was sad that the 5 family's that came after 9:00 Sat had not much to choose from.

Ok but I wouldn't stay again

Room and bed was pretty good actually but overall the hotel could use some major updating. The front desk person couldn't find our Expedia reservation even after I gave her my printed Expedia confirmation. Then magically 10 minutes later she finds it, but come to find out she just charged me for the room AGAIN. I had to call 2 days later to complain and get a refund. Hotel keys work half the time, hotel hallways are always loud, breakfast stops at 9am. Location not the greatest for Chatanooga, spend the extra $20-$40 and stay somewhere else.

Do not stay here

Hotel was clean and decent breakfast but bath had standing water. The light was also out in bathroom but that was fixed promptly. Tried to provide feedback after stay and never heard from manager. Staff was not helpful on check in

Bad Experience

Pros: Location
Cons: Facility HVAC water temperature and Internet service.
Location: Plenty of food places
Had two rooms with cold showers air conditioning not working and internet never worked

First stop on trip from Florida

Pros: Comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff.
Location: Hotel was right off the highway. There was restaurants across the road as well as a plaza with a flea market.
We look for hotels that are pet friendly as this one is. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, real pillows ( not chicklets), bathroom was clean with a good shower ( this is important to us) and the breakfast are was bright and clean with the usual fair of sausage and eggs, waffles, cereals, etc. all in all a great place to stay. The complaints about highway noise in some reviews was not an issue for us as hotels are usually located close to your travel routes. What was noisy and what I think guests were actually hearing was the oval car race track just down the road. If there happens to be a race that weekend (as there was with our stay) you can really hear the roar of those cars from your room....especially if you're on the second floor. All in all we would stay hear again.

Great that they welcome dogs!

Pros: Staff was friendly and the beds were top notch.
Cons: There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and no towel racks.
Location: We stayed to take in Ruby Falls and Rock City.
Appeared hotel was being remodeled and trying their best.

Convenient to East Ridge and Brainerd

Pros: Location, cleanliness, wifi, and free hot breakfasts.
Cons: Arrangement of breakfast dining room so that location of waffle maker does not block access to the rest of the offerings when there is a large crowd.
Location: Convenient to I-75 and I-24 for access to Chattanooga and surrounding area. Lookout Mountain, Tennessee Aquarium, etc.
We stayed here for Easter weekend while visiting grandchildren. It is very nicely renovated. The only negatives we encountered were the Saturday morning breakfast (The large number of guests overwhelmed the breakfast staff and dining room) and the lack of hot water on Sunday night and Monday morning even though the place was almost empty by then. The motel is convenient to I-75 and I-24. It would be nice if there were more places to hang wet towels in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, super comfy beds & pillows. Nice shower & bathroom. Only complaint is noise, in our room we could every conversation & activity in hallway and rooms next to us. Otherwise, overall, great place to spend the night!!

freshly remodeled hotel.

Our key card wouldn't work for our first room. Maybe due to remodel. Katlyn was working the front desk and was very accommodating to get us a new room.
