Don't stay here

We encountered various bugs in our room and in our beds. Breakfast was good but the eating area was very crowded.

Expedite kept my refund

Room had roaches, hotel moved us to different room and discounted our stay. HOWEVER, room was already fully paid for on Expedia. My card was never credited back for the discount given by the hotel. Arrived a day early and another member of our party paid for that extra night. Apparently too confusing for the hotel staff on duty to figure out, because every day they showed us not checked in for our reserved room and keys would not work when we would come back from the days activities. Spent more time in the lobby on the phone with Expedia straightening things out than enjoying our vacation.

Geat location, friendly staff,very clean rooms,overall one of the nicest hotels i have visited in years. I'd definitely stay here again.

Close to everything

Pros: That it was close to everything and easily accessible to downtown!
Cons: Some things could be updated.
Location: Shopping, quality dining all very near. You could walk.
Clean hotel close to everything. Could use a little updating but overall pleasant stay.

Nice Room, Nice Price

Pros: This hotel is convenient and set back in a quiet nook off of the highway.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved by adding a few healthy options. Right now the only healthy option is instant oatmeal.
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few years. It is convenient to shops and restaurants and other attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is quiet. My only recommendation is that they improve their breakfast selection. Some healthy options would be nice.

Clean, spacious, and affordable.

I got a king size suite for me, my girlfriend, and brother to stay in after a concert in Chattanooga. The room was very nice. It was clean and smelled good. It had the bedroom, a nice sized bathroom, and a little entertainment area with a TV and pull out couch. My brother said the pull out was comfortable enough. My only negative comment is the room service. Checkout is at noon, so we decided to sleep until 10am after our really late night. But someone from housekeeping started knocking very loudly on our door a while before that. After three loud knocks and an attempt to open the door, again very loudly as it hit against the top latch, they left, moving in to the next victim. Great room, wonderful front desk service, and good price. Just mention being left alone until checkout, if you don't want housekeeping to breach and clear your room while you're still inside.

Very convenient to a lot of shopping, eating,fun

Experience was good, except for a checkout situation that messed up my debit card. It was fixed right away, but very frustrating as I was 3 hours away from home. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly.

Comfortable week long stay in Chattanooga

Pros: Location was perfect. Kudos to the 3rd floor housekeeping staff for their excellent service and very friendly attitude.
Cons: Very minor maintenance issues could be addressed. (Touch-up painting and wallpaper adhesion)
Location: Tons of restaurants and good shopping nearby a the mall. Easy access to the highway allows quick trips to basically anywhere in the city.
We had never been to Chattanooga before so we didn't know the best hotels or the best location to choose. This hotel was very comfortable and in the perfect location. Right off I-75 and very close to Hamilton Place Mall, there were many excellent choices for shopping and dining. The rooms are quite large and offer excellent soundproofing so you don't hear the interstate at all.

SMOKING IN HOTEL ROOMS NEEDS TO GO EVERYWHERE!!!

Couldn't find another suite with enough beds in the area we needed to stop on our drive back from our Florida trip. Got one of the last rooms here that was a smoking room, praying it wouldn't be too bad. Walked in the room at midnight and even that late, my nine and three year olds we're going nuts regarding the smell. It was HORRENDOUS. It was so cold in there despite not being too hot outside, and even putting the heat on, everyone was cold because we refused to use the smelly comforters. We paid $150 for a room worth $50. NEVER AGAIN. Smoking in hotels rooms is the most disgusting thing a paying guest should ever have to deal with.

Sorry to hear you had to endure the smoking room, especially as a non-smoker. The good news is Country Inns & Suites as a company will be going non-smoking by the end of 2015. We hope to begin our conversion to non-smoking mid-summer if not sooner.

Convenient location

Rooms have fans in the wall to circulate the air and it cannot be turned off,,unless you are very tired the constant noice will keep you up for a long time
