Hotel is fine, does need a few repairs and updates. The elevator is loud and vibrates, the power outlet was falling out of the wall and you can hear the electrical current, doesn't sound safe. The display panel didn't work on the microwave, the tv is not a smart tv. I've been to hotels out of the country that are smart tv! So just seemed a little outdated. Besides the fact that they double charged me when we arrived, and it took a week for it to be reversed, so the whole time that we were on vacation, I had no money in my account. The second staff member I dealt with in the reversal was nice, it wasn't his fault, but of course is extremely aggravating.

We really like this hotel, so much that we stayed two times during our vacation at this location. Once on the way down to Florida and once on the trip home. We wanted to be sure we knew were in a clean hotel, so we booked the same one on the trip home. We booked a double room on Expedia and upon getting to the hotel they had upgraded us no charge due to not having two double rooms available, in turn we got a double room with a sitting room that had a pull out couch also. Breakfast was great both times we stayed, with hot food, eggs, potatoes, waffles, sausage, cereal, bagels and other pastries, etc. really nice place will stay again in the future.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice decor as you walk in. Hwoever if you are staying with kids, you should ask to be put in first floor. We traveled with our 2,7, and 13 year old. We drove for 9 hours. As soon as we got to our room in the third floor the kids took their shoes off and were happy to stretch their legs. They were nosie yes they are kids. Only 10 minutes from being there there was a noise complain. The front desk told us the guy below works 3rd shift so he needed to sleep. I understand that but it is a hotel and all types of situations can arise while being there.

The breakfast was amazing. I really appreciated that they had cold water and coffee available all day in the lobby. The staff was very helpful with all our needs.

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast choices. The shower needs a shelf or ledge to place toiletries when showering. Front desk associate was friendly and professional.

The staff was great! A gentleman helped us get our luggage up to our room. The room was in great condition. Was a stain on the underside of the couch cushion that unless you use the foldout bed you wouldn't even know was there. Breakfast was one of the better we've seen in awhile.

The place was nice except the pull out bed, it was dirty. But the staff at head desk was wonderful and immediately got us clean mattress pad and sheets for it

Upon checking in, it was clean, quick, friendly. Was very happy. Unfortunately it was late- we drove 12 hours... myself and 3 kiddos i needed a bigger room. The pull out bed wasnt cleaned. The girl at the front (Callie) went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She handled it very professionally. The room we were moved to were very clean and nice, very satisified.

Absolutely filthy. The entire mattress was covered in dirt and hair!! The dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. We left as soon as we arrived and went somewhere else. Do not stay here.

Hotel room and bathroom were dirty, not sure if they had recently sprayed for bugs or if it was a recent problem, but we saw live cockroach and dead ones in our room. Bed sheets made us itch, and we only slept on top of them. Unfortunately, spent $150 to just sleep and I couldn’t sleep from anxiety over bugs.
