“Clean, comfortable, enjoyable overnight stay”

We had stayed at this hotel previous, about 4 years ago. Reading some of the critical reviews since that time, I wondered if something had changed, as I recall our last stay was nice. Our stay this time was just as good. When we went to swim, there were no pool towels. However, a staff member was right there, and within a few minutes there were plenty of towels restocked. We also chose this hotel because of the included breakfast. It consisted of waffles, eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, or choices of cereals, bagels, muffins, juice, milk, etc. This hotel was perfect for our use as a overnight layover on our drive from Florida to Chicago. A Cracker Barrel restaurant across the street was convenient for dinner, and there are a few other restaurants and fast food chains in the vicinity, too.

“Last stay”

The hotel was clean and smell good. But i hear people in hall way and the breakfast is so simple.

“Well maintained”

We arrived at the hotel at 3 AM; the front desk clerk would not give us an additional hour on the normal check out time. However, the hotel was in good shape. I used a flashlight to do an inspection for bed bugs under the mattress, around the headboard and dust ruffle, and on the upholstered furniture and found none.

“We're coming back here...”

My wife and I needed an escape for the weekend, and I chose this inn in East Ridge, TN because it was close to our home (in GA), and we are familiar with the Chattanooga area. From Sonya, who kindly and courteously answered my questions over the phone, to Jamie who checked us in, to all the rest of the friendly staff at this inn.... THANK YOU SO MUCH! Breakfast was plentiful and hot, and our room was soooooooo comfortable! We're coming back here!

“Very nice hotel”

This was a nice hotel...we only stayed one night though. Basic Internet access was available for free, but "high speed" access cost $9.95. (Needless to say, we only used the "basic" speed.)

“Great Hotel!”

This was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was very comfortable and clean. The furniture and linens were modern. The breakfast was good. There was a large selection to choose from. Checking in and out was fast and easy. They even had fresh baked cookies at the front desk when we checked in. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is pretty new so it looks graet. All furniture is also new so it is very nice. The most notable thing was the entire staff, from clerks to cleaning to maintance, All were very polite and spoke to us. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. Will use this hotel again.

“Friendly, Helpful Staff”

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairfield in South Ridge. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The housekeeping staff was especially helpful; my son is 16 months and had toys, books, clothes all over the room. Our housekeeper cleaned around his mess and picked his toys off of the floor. She even retrieved a pair of shoes that I didn't realize he had thrown in the trash! The manager was also very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had enjoyed our stay. The breakfast fare was typical for most hotels - the only hot foods were biscuits, gravy, sausage, and make-your-own waffles - but if you want a full breakfast Cracker Barrel and Wally's (family buffet) are within walking distance. The pool and pool area were very clean.

“solid hotel stay”

The hotel is close enough to the local attractions. You have to us I 75 and I 24 to get around. The room was clean and comfortable. Not much of a view. The hotel is near many fast food places.
