“Good for the price!”

The suite was wonderful! Everything was very clean in the room and the lobby. The indoor pool was clean and cool but I think there could have been better ventilation in the pool room, not bad at all though. There was early (7-8am) morning banging of some sort, remodeling or something, (it's a brand new hotel) but I'm sure that won't be an everyday thing forever. The driveway was new and unlabeled but I'm sure they will have an entrance sign before you know it. Employees were wonderfully nice and the free breakfast was GREAT! I would recommend this hotel to all and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

“Highly recommended”

We stayed at the hotel for one night during a road trip, and were very pleased with our stay. It was easy to find and close to Lookout Mountain (which we wanted to visit the next day). The area around the hotel was uninteresting but felt safe, and gas stations, a bank and (fast food) restaurants were conveniently close. Compared to similar chains, the hotel itself met or exceeded the expectations we had. If it has any weak points, we couldn't find them. Strong points were the desk staff (very quick and helpful) and the complimentary breakfast (much better than expected). I will likely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and highly recommend it for travellers who want to visit Lookout Mountain.

“Better than expected”

A very clean hotel in good repair. Very nice staff. The breakfast was good and had different choices each morning which was nice as we stayed 4 nights. They even had " to go" bags for those who didn't have time for a sit down breakfast. The excercise room actually had functioning equipment, a rarity these days, and free weights as well as cardio equipment. We asked for and received a refrigerator and microwave in our room at no additional charge. We had an upstairs room in the back of the hotel and I never heard another guest even though the parking lot seemed busy. The hotel is very close to the lookout mountain attractions. It only took us 6 minutes to arrive at the downtown attractions via the freeway. I would stay here again.

“Excellent experience for a mid priced hotel”

We were very pleased withour stay here. The front desk was extremely helpful whether we were asking for extra towels or directions or suggestions for supper reservations. The hotel is in a great location. It was clean and quiet and everyone was very helpful. Especially Scott, the evening front desk person. We will be back to finish our sight seeing and we will stay here again.

Beautiful area...set in the hills. The breakfast buffet was awesome. They had eggs, sausage, cereal, and fresh waffles. The rooms were very clean and comfy.

“Great visit”

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit. It was clean and the staff were very nice. We would definately stay there again.

My son and I spent part of his college spring break in Chattanooga. We visited Rock City, Ruby Falls, the Incline, and the aquarium with the River Gorge Explorer package. Everything was close to this hotel. We were guaranteed for late arrival and did not arrive the first night until late. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet after a full day site seeing. Staff at the desk were friendly and even pointed us where to head for the finer dining areas. The breakfast was nice with a variety of food items. It was too cold this week for swimming but there was a pool. The hotel is perfect for families as well as business travelers. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend the new River Gorge Explorer package with the Aquarium. This seems to be a bit more geared to older children about 7 and up. The smaller children on the boat with us did not seem to enjoy this ride. Its a one of a kind boat and experience. Awsome, definitely was an eye opener. Oh make sure you get there early. The Captain tells you all about this new vessel and what it is capable of doing on the water, some great stories, and awfully good jokes while waiting on the others to board.

“Clean and quiet.”

Clean, quiet hotel. The hotel was full of teenagers for a sporting event and we never heard a peep from them in our room. Good breakfast. One draw back was that the heater in the room was finicky. Either made the room too hot or too cold. Decor was a little dated, but still very clean. Lots of space in the room to set up a pack'n'play.
