Very nice hotel. warm and compressible.Posted Mar 10, 2014
Everything was great. Staff was awesome. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub. The only issue I had the toilet had a small leak and the shower was slow to drain. But overall wonderful place to stay. I will be back!

Careful about this hotel. Very nice but you have to pay for parking and breakfast.

While we were staying there, a maintenance worker came into the room unannounced. When my husband called the desk to complain, they said that this was not their policy but received no apology. I would hope in the future that this is corrected because it made us feel like people were going in the room to snoop. I would rank higher but there were concerns.

Convenient and FriendlyPosted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: The hotel was clean and convenient located.
Cons: Breakfast was kinda busy, so seating for 6 was difficult to come by on Sunday.
Location: The kid museum is a must. The cupcake bakery near by is fabulous.
This hotel is next to a wonderful children's museum and within walking distance of many attractions in downtown Chattanooga. The staff were very nice, even gave us coupons for several restaurants around the hotel. I will definitely return and take in a baseball game at the fabulous stadium right behind the hotel in the Spring. The facility was very clean throughout.

The front desk staff is wonderfully accommodating.Posted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: The staff was wonderful, the room was comfortable. Housekeeping took care of our room daily. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful.
Cons: It would've been more convenient had they had more change on site, but this is hardly a complaint or needed improvement.
Location: The Children's Discovery Museum is directly next door, and the Tennessee Aquarium is just down the street. You're able to walk to get to anything.
We had a wonderful experience with Kurt at the front office. Such a wonderful, loyal employee and a true wealth of information. Both he and Raphael walked to sister properties on two different occasions in order to provide change for the laundry facilities.

Cons: More closit space.
The room was clean, the bed was firm and comfortable. The shower was great and a big reason I have stayed at Hilton on recent trips. The room temperature was managable with no noticable air blowing off the ceiling into my face. The tv was good as was the desk and chair. The desk chair was real comfortable!!!

Great LocationPosted Oct 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Enjoyed being near the sights. The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not as high quality as I expected from a Hilton. It was nice to be able to custom order. Custom order was hot but not flavorful or impressive. However, items on bar were cold that should have been hot. The room was nice. Having hot chocolate and hot tea in the room was enjoyable.
