“Can't wait to go back”

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and my experience has been excellent both times. The staff is pleasant and professional. I love the jacuzzi rooms. It is a great hotel for business travelers looking for some relaxation or just a quick getaway. There is a small bar in the lobby. Rooms are modern and clean. The only thing that would make it better is room service.

“expected better from a hilton...”

the room structure and layout was spectacular, but there was a lot of dust on the fan, tv console, sofa, etc. the 1/2 bath had a horrible smell. the tv's were very fuzzy and un-HD. the front desk was nice but not out of the way nice. overall, it was OK, but when we stay at a hilton, we expect a hilton. we expect more from this establishment. probably would try the downtown hilton next time...

“Great Hotel, great location!”

After looking and reviewing hotels for THREE days, I finally booked a room at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and in a great location. Its minutes from the mall and in walking distance to a few restaurants. I would defiantly stay there again!

“Clean Hotel, Convenient Location”

The hotel was clean and even better than described. Conveniently located near mall, interstate and other attractions. Great deal!

“Beautiful hotel”

Very nice hotel with beautiful lobby, nice guestrooms etc. The only complaint I had was that there were no blankets on the beds, just a thin comforter and a sheet, which was not warm enough for a winter night. Had to run the heater all night which wasn't the most comfortable sleep. Despite that, I would still recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Very clean, well located hotel. Friendly staff and nice amenities. The gym is a plus for guests. Definetively a good value.

“Massive Construction”

This hotel is under MAJOR construction, both in the lobby, and in the room hallways. At the time of my stay, March 2010, the lobby is down to bare, unpainted drywall; some walls were exposed wood and framing studs could be seen. The lounge area had construction tape around it. The hallways on the floors where the rooms were located are being totally renewed. Drywall was bare, and the room numbers were literally written in pencil beside each door!! The room itself was in good shape. Nice work desk; bathroom was clean. Rooms did not seem to be affected by the construction. The hotel location is right off the interstate, near to many places to eat. If you are wanting to stay here, I'd call first to see if they are finished with the construction. It was a hassle to be honest. The staff was nice enough, so that was a positive. If you are planning any type of meeting here, I'd find somewhere else, because I can't see them being done before early May. I do find it odd that they still charge the room prices that they did with this much construction going on!!!!
