“Great Stay”

We stayed one night at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. It must be a newer hotel due to the decor and general look. We were very happy with the room. The rooms were furnished better than some of the higher end hotels I've stayed at. We had a refrigerator and microwave available, and free in room wifi (unlike the Marriott). The hotel is withing a small driving distance of several attractions and restaurants. The pool area was very nice, also. As a note, there was a small parking fee that was not explained up front. Saying that, it was so small I can't even say it was an issue.

“New Site, Great Hotel”

I try and stay at HI EXP as much as possible simply because it's very consistent in cleanliness, modern fixtures, service, etc. This location is a new hotel. Great room. Modern furniture, modern everything. WiFi works easily. Location within 2 min. of interstate; downtown location is great. Chattanooga has a world class aquarium, and it's within 5 minutes to that venue from HiEXP. Worth the money.

“Again excellent service from Holiday Inn Express”

Booked Holiday Inn Express in Chattanooga as we had a great room and service last time we stayed in an Holiday Inn Express hotel in Texas. Once again, we were nicely surprised to find the same consistency in quality and service. The hotel location is right in town. Highly recommended

“Enjoyed it Tremendously”

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and the location was terrific (just the appropiate distance from the Riverfront). The rate was reasonable compared to the hotels about 1/2 a mile away and I loved that they had an inside-swimming pool. The breakfast was good and the cook and help was very friendly.

“Close to Aquarium”

This hotel is about 5 minutes from the Tennesse Aquarium. It is fairly new. The rooms are very modern and up to date. They also serve a free continental breakfast which is a plus. There is also a indoor pool and work out room. I would stay her again!

“Family Weekend Choice”

We travelled to Chattanooga for a weekend. The service was wonderful when we checked in. The location is within walking distance of downtown. Good to have free parking. Lots of families that weekend which made us comfortable, though crowded at breakfast.

“Great place!”

The staff was awesome. We stayed here the night prior to our daughter's surgery at TC Thompson's Children's Hospital. Great service all around!

“Chattanooga trip”

Nice hotel just a few minutes walk to downtown chattanooga. Nice rooms with refrig, microwave, LCD tv, free HBO. Parking was only $3 night and saved on downtown parking by using the free electric bus shuttle service. Convenient access to highways and downtown if you did want to drive. Hot breakfast was fantastic and had a large variety of food.

We enjoyed out stay & really enjoyed the breakfast that came with it.
