The rooms & linen could’ve been cleaned better. There were stains in the tub and hair in the bed, floors, and towels. Breakfast wasn’t good either.

The smoke detector was missing from the room. Does not leave a very safe feeling at night. I am sure they know about this, don't think someone stole this

Everyone who worked at this property was wonderful. The room and inside of the hotel was very clean. Where we parked in front of the building was very clean. The view from our room consisted of the back parking lot and where the dumpster is located and a little area for high water and in the area where the water can go and around the dumpster was full of trash and was not very pleasant to see. Otherwise this hotel was wonderful and can only say good things about the staff.

Called the property to confirm my pets were allowed when I booked. I have a dog and a cat and they’re both ESA with doctor’s notes. I was told by a gentlemen that it would be fine. When I arrived at the facility I was told that my cat was not allowed and we were turned away. No compassion, at all. The man at the desk just told me that I could call in the morning to get a refund. Horrible experience.

Maybe it was just where our room was, but there was constant noise all night - doors being opened and closed, TVs and alarms going off. It felt like there was no sound insulation at all, and we both slept poorly as a result. The most recent refresh to the property is also beginning to show it's age. That being said, the staff were great, and the breakfast was better than expected!

Door lock was not working, had to come to the front desk thrice and then they mentioned the lock is broken and shifted to a different room. Then the toiletries were empty in the other room. Good we stayed only 1 night so it was manageble but still not paying to adjust on basic necessity

The clerk went the extra mile to get me a non-pet room. We had trouble with our keys and door lock. The other clerk went upstairs twice to make sure it worked. The breakfast was fabulous. Fresh hot eggs, perfectly cooked bacon and sausage, cinnamon rolls, and piping hot coffee and tea sent us off and satisfied.

The stay was nice, clean and good view. When checking in the person working front desk was sitting watching tv and ignored us for 5 min until another employee came in. Other then that was a fine stay.

Nice property, only drawback, too close to interstate highway, too much road noise. If your a heavy sleeper fine. Otherwise book elsewhere or bring ear plugs. Three Amigos is a nice Mexican restaurant nearby.

Was convenient to the event I was attending in downtown Chattanooga. On the interstate. Downside, on the interstate. Not overly noisy but one could hear the traffic.
