“The best hotel location in Cleveland, TN”

We would have liked a bigger room and bathroom, but overall, Jameson Inn was a great stay. You could tell that the hotel was a little out-dated, but it was well maintained and very clean. The provided breakfast was good as well, with plenty to pick from. This hotel is located right beside the Cleveland Mall, Steak-n-Shake (if you haven't been to one, you need to), Wal-Mart, and plenty of other nice restaurants. If we go to Cleveland again, we will stay at this hotel.

I was greeted with genuine friendliness and professionalism. I was helped each time I needed something, including travel tips, sightseeing, etc. The room was comfortable and clean. We'll be staying there next time.

Hotel more than meet our needs. Our stay was very quite and peaceful. No issues at all. Breakfast was very nice and covered most items to meet everyone's needs.

The staff were very pleasant and eager to help. One great advantage is its location. Perched atop a hill overlooking the road and away from the main hotel district, it is quiet yet within walking distance to shopping and dining. The pool area is small but charming with access to an outdoor grill. The exterior is well maintained and charming. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected with a choice of belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, a variety of cold/hot cereal, juice, coffee and tea. The interior of the room was also well kept, though, the furniture was a bit worn. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed a clean room with the option of fresh sheets daily. Our maid on the the third day, however, did not do more than vacuum and leave a few towels. Otherwise, it was well worth it!

“Very pleasant stay”

Staff very courteous. Room very clean, but carpet is frayed at bathroom entrance and should be replaced. Would stay there again.
