“Would definitely go back”
The staff were very pleasant and eager to help. One great advantage is its location. Perched atop a hill overlooking the road and away from the main hotel district, it is quiet yet within walking distance to shopping and dining. The pool area is small but charming with access to an outdoor grill. The exterior is well maintained and charming. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected with a choice of belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, a variety of cold/hot cereal, juice, coffee and tea. The interior of the room was also well kept, though, the furniture was a bit worn. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed a clean room with the option of fresh sheets daily. Our maid on the the third day, however, did not do more than vacuum and leave a few towels. Otherwise, it was well worth it!
“Dusty and spiders in room”
Clean beds, clean bathrooms, well lit room. But the room needed dusting, there was dust on the baseboards, on the edges of furniture, and there were spiders in the corners of the room. I had to kill 3 spiders before I would stay in the room. There were also spiders and webs in the breezeway outside the room. However, the grounds were nice, and well maintained and there was no trash around the motel. Very confusing.
“Jameson Inn at Cleveland, TN”
The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The outside pool was small, but nice and clean. Was very happy with the stay at the hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in Cleveland, TN.
“Fine for a quick stay”
Our room was exactly as expected. It was clean, smelled fresh, was nonsmoking as requested, and quiet. The pool was clean, the bathroom fine, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok...no fresh fruit, but great waffles. Would definitely stay here again for a quick in and out.
“waste of money”
This was the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed at. I put the word hotel in quotes because it was really a motel that you pay hotel rates to stay at. I was very disappointed with this stay, the place was very old and run down and the rooms were tiny. I'm not a picky person so please believe me when I say that the fact I'm taking time to share this with you should speak volumes. The walls of the room were dented from where the door opened, there was so little room that one person couldn't get to the bathroom if someone was sitting at the desk, the internet was so slow it reminded me of dial up, and there were no elevators so you have to haul your heavy stuff up very narrow outside stairways. I would rather sleep in the side ditch than stay at this hotel again.
“A Little Out of the Way But Worth It”
You'll have to go a bit off the Interstate to find this hotel but the rooms were more than adequate for a pit-stop while traveling to Florida. Would stay again.
“small rooms, but service good.”
a bit tattered since our last stay five years ago, but the manager was very friendly and helpful. the room was quite small, but the beds were o.k. The location was very good for us. very near restaurants and our family we were visiting.
“Great Place to Stay”
The room was very nice and the included breakfast had a good variety. Would definitely stay again.
“Great Location”
Friendly , clean and located right in the perfect location for shopping, dining and easy for family to visit.
“Good choice”
We stayed at the hotel for a 4 day trip. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. We reserved a king size, but were told that they only had two doubles available when we arrived. Overall, it was a good experience. The room was quiet and enjoyable. Very conveniently located in proximity to shopping & restaurants.
