I liked this hotel. It was in a convenient location, it was clean and the quality of the room exceeded my expectations.

Front desk was very friendly but there was a definite language barrier with the maintenance and housekeeping staff. They only gave me total room service 3 days out of 8. Other days I just got towels.Nice indoor pool. Advertised wireless internet but the connection was so bad you couldnt stay on. Kept saying weak signal. My cell phone (verizon) wouldnt work in the room unless I went by the window. Room was very roomy.Nice location next to a shoneys crackerbarrel, flea market and several other restaurants. I would stay there again. If there was a problem and you contacted the desk, they were very nice.

not a very clean hotel, but the service was good. The lobby smelled bad and the rooms as well. The smell stuck with me all the way to Florida.

“It is what you think it's going to be”

This is exactly what you'd think it would be, a cheap hotel room, good for stopping on a trip, if you don't mind things like a tub drain being broken, smoky smells, no window screens, etc. The woman behind the counter was very nice, and there was nothing that I deemed to scary about this place, although the neighborhood was a little shady. It is close to a lot of food places, but if you are looking for a place to stay and experience Chattanooga downtown, I'd get something closer to downtown.

We skipped the shower for the kids because (1)the shower was slimy (2)they would've smelled like a dirty hotel anyways as soon as they got out of the shower.

The hotel room was very sparce without a phone or alarm clock. But it was okay for a cheap stop off point for the night. The waffles in the AM were a plus.

The hotel rooms are large and comfortable. There is renovation going on and the pool was closed down because of it which was a disappointment. The breakfast consisted of cereal, milk, toast, mystery orange colored drink, and make it yourself waffles that didn't taste very good. It was a really inexpensive room so I didn't expect much, but it's not difficult to put out a really nice breakfast for minimal cost. Overall, we had a nice time. It was right off the highway so we didn't have to meander all over to get back to it, it was clean and the staff was friendly. A really good value for what we paid a night, even if the morning meal left us wanting more.

Knights Inn is a rundown hotel, owned by foreign interests who try to maximize their investment, not provide for a unique guest experience.

Was greeted at the desk by a teenager with a gauge in his lip. Told the pool was not in working order. Listened to a man cursing next door all night. Heater in room did not work. Cold cereal for breakfast. Old and dirty hotel
