“Enjoyed my stay”

My stay was great the staff was friendly and very helpful. I will stay there again in the future.

Close to the place we would like to go, ruby fall, rock city... there are walmart and shop around.... ^^

“Overpriced and not impressed”

Rooms were overpriced compared to other nicer hotels that were avaiable at the same time. Room had a very bad odor, smelled like something mildewed or soured. Shower wall was turning loose above shower head, sheets on bed were stained, and towels were rough and small. Beware of construction work just across the road, which was very loud and annoying. While at pool, lawn maintenance used very noisy weedeater to weedeat around pool fence, was distracting. Couldn't enjoy our stay from all the noise. Hotel room door was difficult to open and door knob was loose, looked like it had been pried open before.

“Poor hotel”

The hotel closes to shopping area, Walmart and Chinese Buffet, location is good. Don't expect anything except coffee of provided breakfast.

“Ok hotel”

The room was clean, needed to be updated. The bathtub faucet dripped all night and I couldn't turn it off. When I mentioned it to the manager, they acted like it just happened while I was there. They used a very strong air freshener or cleaner and that bothered us, the smell was overpowering. Good hotel for the price.

We arrived late at nite unaware of the filth we would wake up to. The room was filthy burn holes in the sheets and worst of all bed bugs. I have dozens of bites on my upper body. Do not stay at this hotel
