Great stay.

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Room was clean and nice. Staff was nice. Access is from the outside not inside, breakfast was meh. Overall pleased.

Just another disappointing motel

Location: Midsized town plenty of places to choose form to dine.
Super nice staff. Quiet area. Room wasn't large enough for 2 people. Very small

Overwhelmed by smoke

The room smelled of smoke so badly. They tried to overcompensate with way too much bleach in the bedding. The smells were nauseating.

Worst La Quinta yet

Pros: Not much
Cons: Start over and restaff.
Location: Just a stop on the way
Surly check in clerk. Keys were not properly set and we could not get in the room. No towels or soap in the room when we got in. Breakfast had nobody assigned and the desk clerk had to try to cover. Just a very poorly run hotel. Uncaring staff.

Worst La Quinta

I have always had great experiences staying at La Quinta hotels. But unfortunately this one was the exception. When we went to our rooms that were to be next door to one another one was dirty. It was never cleaned after the last guests. Beds were unmade and dirty towels on the floor. So that room was "upgraded" to a room away from my family where the bathroom light did not work and the toilet would not flush. Next morning at check out I told the girl at the desk and the only thing she did was apologize and make the excuse that they just started opening up rooms for the season so unfortunately they don't find things wrong until people stay there.

Two day work stay, quick simple

Cons: No
Location: Food close by, many choices
Needed room for business in town. Wireless worked great. Room was clean, simple, nice. Sleep was good, no disturbances. Price was great bargain. Little interactions with staff, other than check in and out, but both experiences were very pleasant and courteous. I am not fond of outdoor style, but had no issues during the stay.

When we pulled up to I was alittle worried because the outside of the hotel looked so old. But the staff was friendly and helpful. When we got in the rooms it was very clean and looked like they had been remodeled. It had everything we needed. There were several good restaurants around. The breakfast was nice. The cost of the room was very low. We would stay here again.

Upon check in the clerk wasn't overly friendly. He seemed annoyed at having to check me in. The rooms are the smallest I've ever stayed in and reeked of cigarettes. It was clean though.
