Pros: Easy highway access Breakfast Allowed pets
Good experience overall. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and furnishings in good shape. The breakfast options included muffins, bagels, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, and coffee. The only negative was that there were some loud people outside at 2:00am, but I don't blame the hotel for that. I would stay there again.

comfortable, clean room for an affordable pricePosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The small but comfortable and clean room. The free breakfast was also nice.
Cons: The shower head in my room had weak water pressure.
Location: The hotel was well-situated in the Hamilton Place area of Chatanooga. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping areas.
I thought that the hotel was well placed for my needs and provided me a clean and comfortable room for my three night stay in Chatanooga. The room was small but the perfect size for me as its sole occupant and was up-to-date. It had a comfortable bed, a nice tv, and a clean bathroom area. Perhaps the only thing that could have been better is the shower head.

Great hotel for chattanoogaPosted Aug 17, 2014
Really nice, clean, updated hotel. Very spacious. Close to 75 and tons of food and shopping along with the mall. About 15 minutes from downtown. Defiantly worth the money to stay and drive in. Decent breakfast and nice pool. Very happy and will be returning.

OK if you do not want to pay $160 in downtownPosted Aug 5, 2014
Cons: update rooms
Location: good area
Staff works really hard to keep the place clean and work with you when needed. Room had a bad odor coming from what appeared to be very old or soiled carpet. Location is within walking distance to other restaurants and about a 12 min drive to downtown.

NICE VISIT TO CHATTANOOGAPosted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: ROOM WAS CLEAN. STAFF WAS HELPFUL IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT THE AREA.
Cons: OUTSIDE WAS A LITTLE DRAB, BUT CLEAN.
Location: RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO DO. ALSO CLOSE TO LOTS OF SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS.
WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THE LA QUINTA IN CHATTANOOGA. STAFF WAS NICE AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, THE HOTEL WAS NEAR EVERYTHING WE HAD PLANNED.

Excellent Stay!!Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: The pool and that they allowed pets!!
Cons: An elevator would be nice, but we managed. Next time I'll just request a room on the first floor.
Location: The mall is right around the corner, a 1 minute drive at best.
The hotel staff were great, I asked for an early check in, and even though they were sold out the night before they managed to have my room ready when I got there. Front desk had the keys and all my paper work ready to sign when I walked through the door, even called me by my first name like we were old friends!!!

DisappointedPosted Jul 6, 2014
Cons: Room conditions
Location: Good food, mall, starbucks, decent gas prices for travelers.
Have gone there for the last three years on my trip to Michigan but I think this will be the last year. No insulation on the door allowed bugs in by the droves. Toilet wouldn't flush thank goodness we just stay over night. Truly disappointed.
