“Clean, Comfortable and Reasonably Priced”

Rooms have outside entrances but there is an elevator and luggage carts. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. We have two dogs and appreciate that La Quinta's don't have an extra charge for them. The continental breakfast was average, and included hot waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. There is a Red Lobster and oriental restaurant within walking distance.

“pet friendly in good location”

It was much nicer than I expected given the price. The shower was fantastic, bed was comfy and my dog was happy. Breakfast had many choices. The best part was the pet friendliness-- they suggested I walk him around the hallway since it was pouring!

“Don't STAY HERE!!!”

The hotel was extremely disappointing. I have stayed in Quality Inns before and this one was not up to the same standard as ones that I have stayed in before. The staff was not very friendly upon check-in. Breakfast was disappointing as well. Biscuits were the size of a half-dollar.

“Front Desk Staff Absent”

Waited and walked around the hotel looking for the manager for 15 minutes before I could check in. Called the desk another time and nobody answered. I think it was very price for a slow time of the season.

“Nightmare!”

When we first arrived I felt safe and happy we choose to stay there. They had several surveillance cameras and the lobby/ breakfest area looked very clean and inviting. Then we got to our first room. It was a non-smoking room yet it smelt like a dirty ashtray. There were cigirate burns on the comforter. The carpet was dirty and looked like it had never been vacuumed. The TV didn't work and it had some sticky substance on the base of it. Then my husband noticed the peep hole was gone and was stuffed with paper. Needless to say we left and requested a new room. The person at the desk (which I think was the owner or owners wife) apologized but I felt like she just wanted us to get out of the lobby or stop complaining since there were other people checking-in next to us. The second room was better but still not clean. The carpet looked like it was vacuumed quickly because there were nail clippings still on the floor and obvious body fluid stains on parts of the bed skirt. The sheets and comforter looked clean and since it was 10pm and we were planning on leaving at 5am for a very long drive we went ahead and just slept there. When we checked-out I told them about the room conditions but again I felt like they just wanted us to leave. We will never go back! I heard this is usually a good hotel chain but this hotel was discusting!
