Owner was very pleasant and accommodating.Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: I usually stay at a higher class hotel but was unable to find one due to graduation weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at the great accommodations.
Location: Very convenient to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and downtown Chattanooga.
Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast was a bargain. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was awful.Posted Apr 13, 2015
Cons: tear it down, build a new one and keep it cleaner.
Location: there are some decent places to eat, but nothing to brag about.
This hotel was an awful experience. The only reason we didn't move was because it was 11:30 at night and we were tired from driving to find another hotel. The room smelled horrible, there were stains all over the furniture and the comforters had cigarette burns in them. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

No showerPosted Mar 18, 2015
The hotel room was obviously old and dated and worn out. To add to the shower didn't work. The normal up down shower to tub knob was broken and replace with a screw that didn't function.

Got to the hotel where we decided to shower after a very long drive. The ceiling started leaking and took the staff a while to clean up their attitude and move us to another smoking room as we asked and booked. They did not want to accomodate our request but after convincing them to contact the manager we were settled into the room next door. Other than that it was just ok for a one night stay.

Short StayPosted Jan 8, 2015 on Hotels.com
Short overnight trip to meet friends. Hotel was clean, check in was easy and quick. One minor thing was that the window shades did allow some light into the room in the morning when closed but it wasn't a huge deal. Easy access to interstate.

Housekeeper had a bad day?Posted Dec 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very disappointed. The desk clerk had to come in and unlock the bathroom door with a special tool. (Paper clip he provided did not work for us.) The coffee maker was full of liquid and contained the coffee bag! Someone did not clean this room.

Days Inn, Chattanooga, I-24 exit 175Posted Dec 4, 2014
The receptionist was very helpful but without much humor, as were the operators. The room was clean, but the bath fixtures were old and corroding. Breakfast was OK. The newspapers were appreciated. The Clarion Inn up the street was the same price, much more inviting, and a lot more fun.
