“This hotel is ok and remember the doors are on the outside”

“Chattanooga Weekend”

This place is a servicable lodging at a convient location near the Shallowford Rd Mall. We tried it because the rowing tourment had our usual location full. The hotel was reasonable and comfortable enough. They had a pool that wasn't expected. The free breakfast was just OK and the parking lot was small. I would consider it for other stays.

“Girl's Weekend”

My sister, niece and I took my mom to Chattanooga for the weekend for her birthday. The hotel was clean, but kind of run-down. The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

“Adequate, but low-end. At least it was clean.”

No way I'd call the room we had a suite. It was a typical old hotel room with a 4' dividing wall in the middle of the room beside a rock hard small sofa. There was a small fridge and microwave. The structure itself is old with outside entrances to the rooms and no elevator. Breakfast was substandard. One waffle iron that didn't work and watery orange juice. Had to have my key card recoded 3X. Not once did anyone ask to see identification. At least the room was clean and the rates were lower than other hotels in the area. I guess you get what you pay for.

Area recommendations

Hamilton Place is a good area. Lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping.

“Confortable bed, horrible sheets”

The room was okay but we thought it would be slightly nicer for the price. The sheets pilled and put white dots all over you.

“close to airport Not really suites but nice”

This hotel is advertised as suites altho its really only a big room with a divider that goes partway up one wall. One side contains a sofa and desk with coffee table. middle had a king bed two dressers mirror, and microwave and fridge. microwave was too high for someone in a wheelchair to use. bath was very handicap friendly wheel in shower.Breakfast was included It varied from scrambled eggs to boiled eggs and sausage, and had donuts, coffee, juice, cereal, toast, fruit every day. Nice start. good location. Had a restaurant in front parking lot that served til 4 pm. Walgreens right next door. Great heated indoor pool. Enjoyed that every day. Housekeeping staff didnt seem to understand English well, but front desk did.Overall they were very friendly and helpful during my ten night stay and I would recommend them again. They are slightly off the main highway so it was quiet.

Area recommendations

This hotel was located on shallowford road, and had a walgreens right in front, and a steak and shake, arbys nearby plus other restaurants. We visited the aquarium, mystery dinner theater, pork chops for karaoke and had a great time on this trip.

“Comfortable room”

The hotel was good! The people were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the exit into the hotel was hard to see at rush hour traffic on Friday evening. I missed it and had a hard time getting back but otherwise, all was okay.

“"Will stay there again"”

Front desk was very friendly and fast. This hotel is right near the mall, movie theater and eateries. Everything was about 5 minutes from all the above. Beds were really comfortable and towels were soft. For breakfast they had sausage, french toast sticks, waffles, cereal, bagels, eggs some days, coffee, etc. Had a wonderful time!!!

“Not impressed”

Hotel not easily accessible. Run down and dated. Room smelled musty like it had been damp and the carpet was dirty. Too expensive for what you get.. The staff was very nice and helpful but we won't stay again.

“Good deal”

Cleanliness and condition of room were typical of places in this price range. Was not spotless, and spots on the wall were painted with a slightly different color. But the staff were friendly and the room was quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast was adequate. You can't really complain if it's free. Location is convenient to restaurants and the mall nearby. Easy to find from the interstate. Overall a good experience.
