its affordable and less than 10min. from downtown. Its obvious its not a 5-star hotel but its clean and there is continental breakfast. I would stay there again cause it serves its purpose and you get what you pay for...

“Great hotel”

The hotel was very nice but the room was a little small but definately had everything I was looking for. The shower was a little hard to figure out but I figured it out. It was also in a good location for all the sights to see and also close to dining areas.

I was scared of how the place would be since the rate was so good. Very suprised. Very impressed. The only problem we had was the indoor pool was very cold. Was very close to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain & Rock City. If we went back to Chattanooga we would stay there again.

Check in was great, only took minutes. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

Hotel looked a little dated on the outside but inside it was nice and very clean. The room was also very clean and the bed did not have any stains. It was very quiet and comfortable. The room was a little small but for the money it was worth it. The employees were very nice.

The hotel was in a great location. Easy access to rock city and ruby falls. The hotel was clean and well kept. There was not a great amount of noise though it was easy to hear people outside in the hallway. My only real complaint how hard it was to get the door open to the main hallway from the outside.

The hotel was a clean and easy to find. The staff was very helpful and nice to deal with. I stayed there for 6 nights and 5 days. If I needed something extra, they were more than willing to accomodate my needs.
