“Very Pleased”

We were looking for an easy weekend getaway from ATL and traveling with our 18 month old daughter. Traveling with a young child meant we needed plenty of kid-friendly options and everything very close. This hotel is perfectly situated between Discovery museum and Aquarium and central to many restaurants, all within very easy walking distance. The hotel listing was a bit ambiguous re: parking and breakfast fees- both were free, and they also offer free evening receptions during the week. When we arrived the Manager greeted us at the desk, but would not budge on accomodating an early check-in (before 4pm) -- we were traveling with our 1-yr old. Soon after, one of the front desk employees found me and said he could help. He did, and we got a room on the spot. I would definitely return to this hotel.

“Pardon Me Boys...”

Hotel staff stood out as among the most efficient and courteous I have ever encountered. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide array of choices. Very well kept and clean hotel. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Best hotel shower I've ever had. Beautiful view from balcony windows.

“Everything I needed”

The hotel was easy to find, conveniently located, and exactly what I needed for my stay. All staff I had occasion to interact with were friendly and helpful. If i need to stay again in downtown Chattanooga, i will return there without a doubt.

“Great location”

This was a great location, in walking distance to everything. It was a little pricey for what you get, but overall, I really liked the hotel. Great for kids. Breakfast was so-so, but it came with the room & that's great for a family of five!

Happy to find that there was and evening buffet as well as breakfast buffet Mon thru Fri.
