“Good but not great, needs some updates and cleaning”

The staff were great and that's why we confirmed our reservation. (After reading a bad review) The room did need better cleaning. The carpet corners were dirty, so that indicated lack of attention. The area had places to eat and was central to all the area attractions. We'd consider this hotel again but check others in the area also. Expedia is the best price.

“Not Impressed”

First of all there was no coffee pot in the room.That is a must have . There was no clock in the room. We did have a microwave, and a fridge that froze everything we put in it. We found clothing under the dresser that someone had left and the staff didn't see when they cleaned the room. The room had a horrible smell. The parking was also horrible.We had to park on the opposite side of the hotel from our room, and carry every thing up to second floor. The key stopped working an hour before check out, which made it real hard taking everything out to the car in the rain. We will never stay at this hotel again.

“Very disappointed”

The one night stay was not very pleasant. The breakfast was horrible, saved only by the waffle maker. Very few other food choices for breakfast. Will never stay here again. They must be resting on their laurels of prior good reviews.

“Bad location”

The hotel was decent for the money but it is not a very good location. I would recommend stayiing in the downtown area.

“Will look for another hotel next time”

This hotel wasn't bad. It wasn't good either. The ice machine near us didn't work, we requested extra towels (we used the pool) and didn't receive them. But, the room and pool were clean, the staff friendly.

“Rodeway”

“Now what I expected from previous reviews”

They make a good effort in keeping the hotel clean but at some point carpet needs replaced, bathrooms need remodeled, etc. It had a funny smell and just not what we are used to staying in. Staff as very nice but persoanlly I couldn't wait to leave due to the condition of the room.
