When are arrived? I had to use the restroom. But the door was locked to the public restroom, and I waited thirty minutes for her to find a key. When she couldny find a key she opened a room and allowed me to use its bathroom. She then checked me into that room. It didnt have a blow dryer and there was black mold around the tub. Even though I encountered those 3 situations. I must say, it was truly a quiet and clean hotel..

This maybe petty, but we found that there was no way to watch local TV. They have replaced the TV with a streaming version that was not able to get the local channels. Also the pillows were very soft and mushy There were not enough plugs to accommodate all electronic devices we had. We had to purchase an extra plug adapter to recharge phones and medical devices

The price was ok but you get what you pay for. Stayed three nights and they never came in to take garbage or give us clean towels even though requested. Smelled in room and carpets were wet from being shampooed before we came in. Called a couple hours before check in time to make sure of reservation and they had trouble finding it. Had to call Expedia to get straightened out.

The front desk helped me tremendously on figuring out some time zone issues we we're having for a tour we booked the next day. They figured it out and it was smooth sailing after their assistance:)

Although property is listed as having breakfast starting at 6 am, the only things available were coffee and toast. Everything else was "out of order." Also, very few outlets in the room which made it inconvenient for plugging in devices. Room was generally clean but carpet had a lot of spots.

Window screen was broken and window was left unlocked. The entire property was just disgusting. Unfortunately after a late night concert we had no choice.

Staff was friendly, there was broken down cars and torn down shed on property. There was no soap in any of the containers mounted on the shower wall nor the bathroom wall. Room however was very clean though housekeeping never came.

Bed bugs in both rooms. Feces on the floor of several rooms. Doors did not properly close and could be pushed open. We looked at ten rooms before finding a suitable room. Clerk opened one room closed it immediately and said nope. The health department should inspect this facility. My grandson woke up with ringworm on his face from pillow being fifty. There was fresh blood on the sheets in one room. Place is disgusting and I will be calling the health officials

well our first room had roaches, our second room had a bad a/c, our third room door would not close and finally our fourth room they got it right. 3 nights 4 rooms. not acceptable. free breakfast was a joke, only water nothing else. everything was broken. only thing that worked was waffle cooker. they said they would send me an email for some kind of compensation but nothing. i would not recommend this place there better-looking hotels within walking distance.

Everything seemed broken, AC didn't work in the room. Ice machine was broken, Juice machine was broken, all soaps in the room were empty. The room was decent but it just seemed like things weren't well maintained.

It wasn't to bad but there was a light that didn't work, the phone didn't work the refrigerator wasn't cold, the ice machine was broke, the juice machine was broke there breakfast was nothing other than little pancakes and bread, no butter no jelly watery waffle mix. That's it.

Needs a Major Look Over
Bathrooms, need to be up dated, Tub needs to be re cocked for leaks, alot of hair in the tub, (shows that no one takes pride in their work, no check up on rooms), bathroom floor dirty, Outside window was broken, Easy to see if house keeping payed attention to their work, when I brought to the attention to the front desk they seemed not to care. For a non smoking building and room could fool me, smelled like cigarette smoke in the hotel, May be the replacement of the carpets in the hotel would make a difference. Small pillows in the room, the size of what one gets on an air plane ride, Not enough towels for 4 people, had to ask for more towels, breakfast even if its only continental breakfast could have more besides cereal, and Walffles, and the juice machine was Out of Service so no juice. stayed two nights and it appears that the water dispenser out in the lobby was not changed out.

Multiple problems.
It was one of the worst hotels stays i have had. From a broken toilet seat that was not connected to the bowl, no toilet paper holder, holes in the door and walls, mud on ceiling, i could go on and on.

Pleasantly surprised.
Clean room. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. Much nicer than I expected - especially for the price. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Better than more expensive hotels I have stayed at in the area.

Zero stars
Bed sheets were still damp, the room smelled like cologne/mold. There wasn’t any juice available for my kids at breakfast, the machine was broken. And I had to ask the front desk clerk to unlock the pool when it was supposed to be open and she didn’t acknowledge my question. Just started walking outside. The pool was super small and full of leaves, trash was all over the parking lot, by the pool, up against the hotel.

The pool was nice but there was so much gunk and things, I cleaned it by my self!!!! The staff was rude and gave me dirty looks and never even acknowledged me every time I entered the building. The windows view were horrible and I never felt safe in my room. Breakfast was great though but no coffee pots. I would come back if the staff was improved.

Upon entering the room I saw that there was tissue inside the toilet. There was no hand soap or body wash. The containers were present but empty. There was no shampoo in the shower. There were two empty body wash containers and one conditioner but no shampoo.

Just kinda gross
One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Was told over the phone they had a rollaway bed available for us to use. But upon arrival they said they haven't had those in years. The hotel smelled. Bad. It was very musty. There was a large hole the size of a fist in our bathroom door. The room felt damp even though the a/c was on full blast. We found an old sock next to the bed. The pillows were tiny... the size of throw pillows. One sheet had a cigarette hole in it. The bathtub didn't drain. We killed a cockroach in the room. The carpeted floor looked & felt gross. I woke up with a couple bug bites on my arm. During their breakfast, the juice machine & waffle maker were both out of order. I understand the concept of a budget hotel. And we only needed a room for a few hours & then to sleep in as we were passing through. But it's like they were barely trying. Just a rather gross experience and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Did not feel like a safe place. People hanging around upon arrival who looked shady. One of them walked off as we were exiting the vehile and started walking down sode of the road. Odor was terrible. We had stayed at 2 otherSuper 8 motels prior to this one and they were ok. This one was terrible. We stayed a few hours and checked back out before dark. We didn't feel safe syaing the night.

I checked into the property to rest for the night after traveling the entire day. I booked 2 rooms and was told that they were rooms that had previously had dogs in them and if they smelled too bad that other arrangements could be made. While they did smell like dog, we were only sleeping there so we didn’t see it being a problem. Our party divided into the 2 rooms and that is when we found out that the room my husband, myself, our 8 year old and our 9 month old baby was sleeping in had a faulty AC unit and the temperature was in the low 80’s and rising. I went down to the lobby and spoke with the lady at the front desk. She was wonderful and immediately called the manager and he instructed her to give us a fan and for her to tell us he’d arrange to have it fixed and that they would give us a discount for the inconvenience. It got all the way up to 86° and after 5 hours of struggling to sleep we finally just packed up and got ready to leave. I stopped by the front desk on my way out and when I found the lady who was working the front desk I told her what I had been told the night before and she told me she was leaving a note for the manager. Two days later I received an invoice for each of my rooms showing a discount given however I was charged the full amount for both rooms. I contacted Orbitz (who I booked the rooms through) and they told me that the hotel charged me the full rate for the rooms. No one responds when trying to contact for a resolution. I’d avoid this hotel.

Checked in and went to use bathroom. Toilet was wobbly. Washed my hands and sink was pouring out the bottom. They could not change rooms because they didn’t have another king size bed room available. Asked for a refund and left.

URINE & MARIJUANA!!!
My husband and I drove in from Atlanta for a bowling tournament. I waited over 10 minutes along with several other guest for a front desk clerk to show up. After taking all of our things upstairs, the hallway reeked of marijuana and we discovered that we were issued a key to a room that was already occupied. Back downstairs we go to the front desk with all of our bags in tow. We informed the clerk, she issues another key card and we drag our things back upstairs to the second floor. Soon as we open the door we’re hit with a strong stench of urine. I immediately went for the phone to inform the front desk and the phone nor the click works. My husband goes to use the bathroom and discovers that the toilet isn’t properly bolted to the floor. So now i’m calling the front desk from my cellphone,,, NO ANSWER! I now contact Expedia l/Hotels.com and the representative was very empathetic to the situation. The rep placed me on hold and contacted the front desk. I was told that the clerk would come up to inspect the room and move my husband and myself, but that never happened. We had to sleep on top of the covers with shirts over our heads so we wouldn’t have to endure the smell.

Maintenance needs to be done severely. I had to change rooms because the AC was making such loud noise, I couldn’t hear the tv. Then the second room, the tv didn’t work hahah. And the shower wouldn’t drain. But the staff were kind enough to move me rooms. Breakfast was great. And I did sleep AMAZING. Quiet ac, comfy bed.

I’m 50 years old and this is the worst hotel ever. Read the reviews and don’t make the same mistake I did. Halls smell like urine. The room we had the door had to be slammed to close properly. Horrible lighting. Broken toilet seat that the maintenance lady said she would write down and fix at a later date. Really? Phone didn’t work. Sheets felt damp. Horrible. Nasty. DO NOT BOOK
