Pros: Central location. Excellent secure underground parking. VFM.
Cons: The whole hotel could do with modernisation but then you'd loose the uniqueness of the moose's head overhanging the reception desk!
Location: Very central. Adjacen to the SNCF station. Some substantial road/pavement works underway for the past year or so.
I stayed at the hotel in July 2013, having stayed there several times before. It's no great shakes but it does what it says on the tin. It's very central and within easy walking distance of the centre and several restaurants (the hotel's restaurant itself is pretty fair but not cheap). The rooms are simple but clean, the hot water works, the secure underground parking is excellent. You'd never want to stay here more than 1 night but it's a pretty fair stop-off to/from Calais. VFM is pretty good too.

Cons: Tiny bathroom, no decent restaurant.
Location: Town centre, but in total chaos owing to the extensive redevelopment of all the surrounding area.
This was a return visit. I chose this hotel because of previously excelent restaurant and free garage parking. 1. Because the day of my stay (Thursday 1st November) was a holiday, the restaurant was closed and only alternative in the hotel was the pizzeria. 2. On the Expedia site for this hotel, it clearly states "free parking", (which was the case on my last visit) but was charged €6. 3. It would be difficult to immagine how a bathroom could be made any smaller!
