Dirty, old, dated, no front desk clerk for 20 minutes so I could not check in

Nice time

Great staff great breakfast. The only problem we had was the hotel wi fi. It was less than adequate, in fact awful . Could not do a lot of the planning we had to do because the signal was very week and would only intermittantly work. Going back to the area again in the fall but unless the wifi situation is fixed will have to find another hotel. It is a shame because everything else was very good.

The airconditoon was way to noisy and the shower could be cleaner or should be renovated. First impression driving towards the hotel. I thought it was a funeral home.

Very disappointed!

The front desk staff the first day was unbelievably rude. All four of us had keys that wouldn't work and the front desk clerk assured us it was all our fault. Next keys worked for awhile then they no longer worked. Bathroom door locked on its own leaving us locked out of the room. Room too small. Not a great area. Miles to any restaurant. Ride guy at front desk not much help.

The staffing staffs was great especially Eric really nice person . The only thing the hallway was just freezing but over all good , the breakfast was good small a bit of everything . I will come bank again .

Not their Best - Best Western

I had a great experience at a Best Western near Atlanta Airport. Apparently, this one was far from it. The first room smelled really bad and had cold draft coming in. The replacement room was not smelly, but equally uncomfortable. Crossing off this one from my list.

every thing is Ok except the room a little small

A good place to temporary stay. The traffic is convenient. The place is quiet so we have a good sleep there.

Nice enough

The hotel was what I expected for the price. Clean although a little musty smelling. Bed was too hard for me, but it might not bother others. Close to Buffalo and Niagra Falls but far enough away to be quiet. Right off the interstate and easy to get on and off.
