We were told our room would not be cleaned until we left. The pool towels are never available and when we requested them we were told that they were be washed. Which could be understandable if they were generally available and they had periods where they were low, but the fact that they are always unavailable is not ok. Breakfast is not fantastic and the waffles are “all out” It’s a shame. The door to our room has an inch gap from the bar of the door to the carpet so we can hear the noise from doors closing and guests coming and going. Staff is pretty much always out of sight and we have not had anything in our room replenished. Very frustrating and very hard to deal with the un professional hospitality of this place. NEVER AGAIN. I suggest finding a hotel that has their “stuff together “

I had to pay an addition $50.00 to check in 2 hours early. The entire price to stay for a day was only $80.00 and I felt that $50.00 was really disrespectful to someone who travels alot to ChOICE hotels. I will not stay here again. Phone was out of order and they never fixed it. And the room was so DARK I could barely see even with all the lights on. The windows were not locked when I checked in and the hallway was incredibly dirty and the entry door was not secure. Someone had broken the lock and it's not safe for us who travel alone because anyone can enter. This property is poorly managed and insensitive to their loyal customers, for which I am NOT longer loyal.

Thank you Linda for taking the time to provide your feedback. I have had our maintenance department repair the door so it may be secure at all times. We have replaced the lights in the room that you had stayed in. We have implemented window checks daily to ensure all windows are closed and locked. We do hope that you may give us an other chance in the future to provide you with superior service. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Overall fine property for price and our needs for one night. Needs repairs, updating. Did NOT appreciate the staff person we saw go into a room two doors down from us which only minutes later was oozing cigarette smoke from under door into hall. This then occured multiple times in the next twelve hours. Really? We would have complained to staff, but clearly all knew what she routinely does. Ridiculous.

Property was good, hot tub was nice (a little high on the chlorine) but nice and hot. The doors need some updating we could see hallway lights all the way around our door didn’t seem very secure door. The area was nice and close to everything we needed. All in all nice clean hotel. Breakfast was good also.

The room was clean and friendly staff. We got a jacuzzi tub room but it didn’t do any good since there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it. Was barely even warm when full with turned on full hot the whole time. And the shower is a tiny and dark little pod. If your over 5’9 or so you’ll have to duck to wash your hair

Great reception. Staff were efficient and personable. Nice continental breakfast. Did the job before continuing with our trip. Stayed one night. Only issue was there was no TV remote but had front tv controls. Internet was good so we streamed movies.

Good price and Convenient location.
Daughter had apts at Motts Childrens Hospital, so we rented two rooms, both nice, beds comfy. First 10 mins there, both toilets backed up. Fan in the bathrooms didn't work and the floors around the beds needed better vacuuming skills. But the kids loved the pool and the breakfast was good! Would stay again .

OK - but I’d give 4 out of 5 stars -overall.
Nice lobby, easy check-in. Room was clean but the shower was TINY!!! Dropped the soap and had a hard time bending over to pick it up. WIFI worked but not that great. TV was rather strange because the menu of stations was choppy and hard to read. A couple of minor maintenance items - holes in chair arms and security lock on the door missing a screw and was basically useless. See pictures below. Free breakfast - blah.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Unfortunately, we could hear someone in another room snoring, and despite the blackout curtains, light came in around the edges of the curtain and from the hall.

budget hotel
No one at check in desk, had to wait for 5 min for someone to appear, breakfast is available till at 0930 and we went down at 0830 and no eggs or sausage left. i asked 2 different staff if they were going to replenish and both said not my job. The next day it was fine. Chair in room ,really bad shape are torn up on arms. Paid for 3 guests in room only shampoo for 1 in room
