"For a large hotel in a very busy a populus area, The service in all areas was great. Check in was quick and efficient. The hotel had a sufficient amount of elevators so you did not have a long waiting time to get to your room.
The rooms were spacious for New York and were cleaned every day. We enjoyed having a bar in the hotel. Check out was also quick and efficient."

"I’ve been to the dream before for work (bridal makeup artist) and to go to the club Phd, so i knew the ambiance was nice, and this hotel was aesthetically pleasing. After staying here i can say the staff was great and helpful, the rooms were clean and i felt safe. Whenever me or my boyfriend called for something they were speedy with getting whatever it was to our room, ice, cups, silverware ect. The men who helped us at the front desk both nights were friendly and wonderful. I heard complaints about rooms being too loud and hearing the nightclub but we didn’t have that problem in our room, we didn’t hear the nightclub at all. We had a room with a king bed overlooking the pool. We didn’t get to try the restaurants in the hotel, and we didn’t go to the bars or clubs but we did venture out for dinners, shopping, and a rangers game. This hotel is in a great location. There were so many great restaurants and shops walkable. MSG was only about a mile walk. We also took advantage of Chelsea Market being a few feet away. I would stay here again without hesitation!
