"great central location"
our room was cleaned every day, clean towels were available every day too, free wifi, free breakfast was great (a good variety of things hot and cold) coffee, tea and hot chocolate on tap all day too along with daily complimentary cookies at the front desk, (beware they taste great so go very quickly). a steady walk took us 30 mins to central park, 15 mins to empire state building and 20 mins to times square, 40 mins walk to 9/11 memorial, 30 mins walk to pier 79 new york water taxi. all well worth visiting. loads of shopping too. we are definitely coming back to New York and WILL be staying here.

West Chelsea with its hundreds of galleries and studios is the center of New York’s visual arts community and the neighborhood is also home to a thriving gay community. For its string of nightclubs, West 27th Street is known as Club Row. Historic sites have found new purpose like Chelsea Piers, which was converted to a sports complex, and High Line, an elevated rail line transformed into a park.
