“Great weekend in Chengdu!”

Beautiful new hotel with wonderful song birds in the lobby area. Service was great but this is on the south side of town, far away from main city center or pandas. Definitely would go back again!

Area recommendations
Many of the "Old Towns" for a hot & spicy (be careful) variety of Shichuan food as well as Chinese gifts and the central shopping district downtown. Don't forget to also go to see the Panda's down at the Panda Breeding Sanctuary also.
