Cons: Personalens engelska är inte precis på toppnivå. Kravet på deposition ca 5000 Y ovanpå ett förbetalt rumspris på 2800 kr borde kommuniceras tydligare.
Location: Nära till metrostation. Det finns en trevlig kött- och grönsaksmarknad i kvarteret.
Väl fungerande och allmänt mycket bra hotell - i första hand för affärsresenärer, men genom att det ligger bra i förhållande till kommunikationer (både i förhållande till flygplatsen och när det gäller närhet till metrosystemet) passar det för alla grupper av besökare.

Staff was excellent. Wonderful experience. Doorman gave me an umbrella when it looked like rain, waitress signed me up for 20 % discount, close to subway and easy to catch taxi. Loved my time in Chengdu.

Cons: A overhaul of training and management.
Location: There are plenty of things to do and places to visit nearby.
Upon checking out, I was asking for an invoice for my stay and the hotel staff would not provide me one. They claimed that I paid my stay through expedia.com, and I should get my invoice through expedia.com. After about 15 minutes discussion, a manager at the hotel finally agreed to talk to expedia.com to resolve the issue. However, two weeks went by, and I have not heard anything back from the hotel yet. I called Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide headquarter in the U.S. to ask for help. A agent at the headquarter tried to call the hotel to explain the situation, and the hotel could not respond properly due to lack of understanding in English. The agent had to send an e-mail to the hotel, and I am still waiting for an answer after more than two weeks. What I have observed is that although the facility is modern, the staff members lack the proper training and attitude to help the hotel guests for any problem. They seem to care about the problems described to them in a training menu, not any issue that they encounter in the real world. This type of behavor ultimately comes from the hotel's poor management. I am very disappointed.
