The problems with the hotel began as soon as we arrived--they couldn't find our reservation. They let us check in anyway but said we could not stay the 3 days as booked with [...]and, instead of assisting me with the problem, left it to me to work it out with [...]. The clerk told me it was Rs 5 per minute to call [...], so I called to work out the problem, it turns out it was Rs. 75 per minute instead, costing me over Rs. 1600. [...] I was traveling with my elderly mother who is in her 70s and we were shown no respect by the staff. A hotel manager brushed his elbow against my mother's breast when she was in the elevator without me. This could have been accidental but also may not have been. The Indian breakfast however was very very good, the room was adequate.
