“Would Recommend!”

Spacious rooms, great service. Grand swimming pool which makes up for the fact that the beach is a long way from the hotel and is dangerous for swimming. Free breakfast was a real bonus - full menu and no skimping.

“Improving hotel in good location”

Overall it was OK - a sort of 3.5 star. Let's start with the fact that there is a fantastic big pool with enough sunbeds. This is a typical Indian managed hotel in that it lacks the refinements of an international management team. Having said that I was expecting alot worse when I read other reviews. The hotel has clearly responded as generally service was quite good at times. But service must be conisistent and it was not. I have no real complaints though and I would stay there again. The condition of the pool toilets lets the whole site down. I get the feeling that if the hotel was full it might be alot worse so beware.

“Disappointed Traveller”

The Hotel is set in an ideal location and has some great facilities. The disappointing thing was the customer service and attention to detail. For the price that was paid the expectation was for a lot higher level of service. It is always disappointing to see a Hotel that has amazing potential to be let down by overall management.
