“Good Time in Chennai”

We had a fabulous time staying at the Radha Regent in Chennai. The staff were friendly and attentive, the complimentary breakfast buffet was great, rooms clean and comfortable, Geoffrey's Bar was a nice place for a drink and a game of pool (air conditioned) and the high light of the stay was dining at the Oriental Blossum, which is where we had teppanaki for a very cheap price ($54 Australian for both of us, including a 5 course meal and drinks) and delicious (just like home, but half of the price). Last but not least, there is free internet access for guests, which is great, but was a little temperamental and slow, but we eventually got in at a good time and worked fine. No real complaints here, it was all worth the sta.

“Better than most...”

But Indian restaurant was a complete comedy of errors. Dropped plates, mistaken orders, forgotten orders, late (As we were getting ready to leave...) orders, etc. I asked to speak to the Manager, but nobody even seemed to know who that was. The Continental/Chinese/Japanese restaurant was much, much better.

“No refund if cancel or no show”

Not allowing me to do an early check out. No refund for no show.I do not recommended this hotel if you do and early checkout.
