“A superb hotel”

It's hard to imagine receiving a warmer welcome than the one extended to me by the Taj staff. My Club-level room was immaculate and well-maintained. And my every request -- save one -- was executed perfectly. The real test of a hotel, however, is when something goes wrong, and the one mistake the Taj made (the doorman and his supervisor failed to give me sufficient directions for a solo outing) was more than compensated for. This hotel is surely a jewel in the Taj crown.

Home away from home. Unbelievable buffet included in the room, excellent massages, the people are amazing, wonderful, helpful-never seen better service. The pool area is to die for.

It would be difficult to match the level and quality of personal service that the Taj Coromandel provides. The amenities, including a unique South Indian restaurant, are also out-standing. One of the best five-star hotels, anywhere in the world, in which I have stayed.

“TAJ is top notch”

Great Place!....staff was very attentive and the restaurants on site were fantastic! I wanted to watch the packers in the playoffs at 2:30 a.m and they hooked my computer up to the Flat screen in the room so I could watch the PACK on their road to the superbowl. Great Staff!!

“Wonderful hotel in Chennai”

I have stayed at the Taj Coromandel many times and i have always received excellent treatment. The staff in the whole hotel...from room attendants, spa staff, waiters and the front desk is very attentive. I am a single female tourist and feel like I am part of a family when i stay at the Taj.
