Nightmare

Right from the time we checked in till the time we checked out we had a "Nightmare Experience".This is the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. The moment you walk into the hotel, you will not be welcomed or greeted! The front office team have no smile on their face, very rude and they don't even brief you on basic things about the hotel. Literally you have to ask them each and everything about the hotel services besides that the room is unbelievably smelly,dark,small,dusty and the toilet has a terrible urine smell.Such a put off..Also the pricing for the food is so expensive,way beyond a 5star hotel and the portion of the food is small.The taste is ok but nothing about this hotel is worth coming back too. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel unless you want to waste your money and ruin your holiday.

Pros: Everything, Especially Leather Bar, 601, Aqua and Pasha.. So lively at night..
Cons: I was satisfied with everything
Location: Good..
It was an awesome experience in the Park. Especially I enjoyed Pasha. Looking forward visiting again in July.

Pros: obsoletely nothing
when i checked in, i have been told the internet was charge-able (per device 1000 Rs, I.e 15 pounds per 24 hrs ). However, i slightly remember that i have chosen the tariff with wifi and breakfast. Since i felt 15 pound was bit too much, i did not bother to get Wifi and also i have no internet to check. Then next day, i have called the front desk to ask about breakfast timing and also they told me that breakfast is charge-able for me. i again, doubt it, but no way to verify my booking with expedia, since i have no internet. when i come home, i could see in my expedia history that i have paid for 'includes breakfast and wifi'. so my wife , whois breastfeeding our 6 months daughter and myself opted not to eat breakfast for 1 day and the next day we paid for the breakfast. And no internet for 2 days, which we really really wanted. ( to the expedia staff: i have the receipt for the breakfast room service ) Now about the hotel : dirty. water leaking in all the shower place and wash basin area. uncleaned. very noisy from the ground floor bar and also traffic around. In the ground floor they have a restaurant, and the toilet is exact similar standard of Indian railway station toilet. awfully dirty. In the evening, we went to swimming pool and we have been told the pool is being re innovated. so it was closed. that was one of the main reason why we went there. absolutely an awful experience; i just hope they will shut down soon.

Worst stay in my living memory

I booked this hotel for me, my brother and my parents, I was actually little deceived by the pictures of the lobby and pool area but didn't bother to check the pictures of the rooms which was a huge mistake on my part. As soon as you enter the room space you could smell an unbearable stench which was a combination of a cigarette smoke coupled with water drain leakage smell. The rooms in which my parents stayed seemed decent enough but the room in which me and my brother stayed was thoroughly awful the bathroom constantly flooded and room stank of foul smell. The shower was not working in the room in which my parents stayed even after bugging the reception and guest services constantly nothing was changed, not even a courtesy to offer an apology when we checked out of the hotel about the issues we faced. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Please refrain from booking here unless you've no other options elsewhere.

Pros: nothing
Cons: the whole department shold be improved from top to bottom
Location: lot of things can be done
totally not suitable for 2 star category hotel also. website is different and when it comes to hotel , the story is entirely differ. The whole building is old and note maitained nad everwhere is dusty

It's actually a dated hotel, which is not a big issue. The hotel may, at some point, try to consider refurbishing the rooms, if possible, to make one's stay perfect. Perfect location for US Visa application. Also, front desk can be friendlier (a bit snobbish, won't even say hi), though bell boys and rest of the staff are very courteous.

Not definitely a five star

Park was extremely disappointing. The hotel is apparently undergoing renovation but even the renovated room is below par for a five star . The facade of the hotel itself is illmaintained with tiles falling off the water work ( fountain) outside the hotel. The paint is old and peeling off . No one to open the gigantic doors at the entrance . Toilet very average . The list goes on.. Overall an underwhelming experience.
