“Wonderful Stay”

Hotel staff is extremely customer focused. Great food including homemade ice cream. Rooms are very clean and tap water is fine to drink for foriegn visitors. Excellent work out area with top notch massage. Train station is less than 10 minutes walk.

Located just 5 minutes from the airport, the location is unbeatable if you are in Chennai for work. It's a lovely property, with the best of service and ambience. The gym and spa is a must-see!

Hotel was excellent and located near the airport. Great staff, room was excellent and food was great. Staff spoke excellent English so no trouble in communicating. will stay here on repeat visits.

“Easy access to Chennai Airport”

The hotel is very well located near Chennai Airport and we have used the hotel several times prior to departing from Chennai. Overall we have always been very pleased with the hotel and their rates are good value. The only negative point would be that the room was not properly aired, in fact although it was a Non Smoking room there was an underlying smell of cigarette smoke when we first entered. i called the front desk and they immediately sent a housekeeping staff to take care of the situation.

“Convenient for airport”

we stayed at the hotel one night prior to our departure from Chennai and deceided to stay on the executive floor which was very good. check in is fast and efficient since that is done on the executive floor level. the restaurant was also good and had been completely renovated since the last time i stayed, the food was good and the service quite efficient. The only poor point was the checkout...we checked out at 1:30am and that is handled by the lobby desk, the finalization of the bill took a long time and frustrating to wait while the night clerk made the bill out. the driver service to the nearly airport was excellent.

“Oasis”

Although adjacent to main road into City from airport, the Hotel is quiet and very friendly. The Swimming Pool and its attendants is excellent and the Restaurant Buffet and the service impressive. Extremely handy for the Airport
