The room is dirty. There are stains on the blankets and pillows. There is no hair dryer provided. The unpacked soap from previous guest is still there in the room. Quite disappointed.
Check in process is very long. Only 3 team member were there during arrival at 330pm. About 7-10 guests flocking the counter. No line! Please invest in cordon rope. It doesn’t cost a bomb. Take more than half an hour to check in. Was given a wrong room. Booked suite but given terrace room. Another half an hour to wait for the room to be ready. Property condition is bad. Tile chips are here and there. Safety issues here with family and kids running around. Breakfast offering is ok. Room towels are not allowed at swimming pool. But no pool towel either or perhaps not enough. Team members are no where to be seen except at front office, f&b outlet and room floor. Looks like they have less than 20 team member running the hotel. Room size is huge. Cleanliness are acceptable despite cockroaches found mainly in bathroom. What sells this hotel is the location; near to beach. If you are on budget than this hotel is fine. If you are looking for something to talk about at office about your last vacation and stays here, better not. Anyway, served as quick gateway with budget constraint

Good but requires a revamp
The hotel is dated, rooms were outdated and requires lots of updating. The room was generally clean. Breakfast was terrible, lack of variety and wasnt appetizing.
Also there was an event going on and the singers shouting at the top of their voice till 11.30pm. Affecting our sleep. Management should stop them at 10pm. The phone was not even connected so unable to call them.

The staff are superb they are excellently nice. Even if the hotel is quit old, management was able to maintain the cleanliness. Rooms are great we stayed at the ground floor beach front. It was superb. We really enjoy or stay .

We found the hotel to be pleasant and nice to stay at.. the room had a good sea view. The beach was quiet which was great as we could spend some quality and peaceful time there.. however, breakfast was bad-some of the food and drinks served were bland and had no taste. The bathroom cleanliness could do with some help.. in addition, the karoke session should be done indoors.. currently outdoors, it was disturbing the occupants as the sound was very loud...

Reasonable room rate, close to the beach.
Checking in took a little longer than usual, the staff however were very friendly and helpful. Hotel cleanliness level probably need to raise up a bit, especially near the swimming pool.

Bad experience for my holiday. Late check in. Electricity power failure, no back up generator, tv channel very bad, not clear tv pictures, breakfast very limited for RM25 per pax. Swimming pool only suitable for kids. Really not recommended to stay here.

Family trip . Overall stay was ok. Ants in the room, got bitten few times. Cold and hot water shower provided. Breakfast were ok. Resort near beach with several outdoors facilities such as football and volleyball.

Hotel is directly on the beach
Restaurant and breakfeast are bad (low choice, bad quality, no refill)
Booked for 3 adults, one bed ! They added one extra uncomfortable bed
Equipment in poor situation: all windows defective, hihg noise from swimming pool

Room is not clean and very smelly. Water drainage in bathroom is clogged.
