Room smelled like a cigarette. It was so bad it was all we could do to sleep in the room. The guy checking us in was rude and very unprofessional. The tub was nasty. They on put two towel in a room with 4 guests. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The air conditioning was broke, the sheets were ripped and the toilet backed up. Times two rooms I got. Not a great experience and they didn’t seem to care.

Conviently located right beside the casino , 2 minute walk .. room was clean . No housekeeping available though and we could hear people above us walking around all night .. otherwise not a bad cheap option , its the 2nd time we've stayed and would stay again .

Basic, functional, no frills room. Nothing bad about the stay, other than the front desk person seemed like he couldn't care less that we were there, and took a long time to do a simple check in.

No issues with check in.. Just slow running computer. Walls on inside room could use touch up same with floors. Other than that no issues. 4/5 Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for a good stay

Room was clean. Outside area unkept. Front desk staff did not speak except to give me all the reasons they would charge more such as losing card key, not coming in to check out, etc. Free breakfast was yogurt or cereal. Spoke to morning desk person and was stared at but never spoke a word

Absolute worst property I have ever checked into… we only stayed about 20 minutes before checking out. The room was disgusting, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the refrigerator was warm. The entire property smelled of weed. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. The person on duty refused to issue a refund.

The room was clean and right across road from casino. The bed was very comfortable. Liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The coffee maker in the room did not work but my husband was able to get coffee in the breakfast room. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with waffles, yogurt, apples, and cereal provided, if you wanted a more filling breakfast would need to go somewhere else to get it.

If you’re looking for a good place to sleep in between sightseeing or gambling, then this is perfect. It’s directly across from the casino and right down the road from a few local shops. Easy check-in/out process. I would stay again.

This is a super old property, depressing room colors. Waffles, coffee and juice is what they offer in what they call "breakfast". Some lights didn't even work, the room cleanliness was horrible, I lifted the cups and there was bug underneath it. Not sure I could recommend this place

I was ok staying here knowing the star rating was not that high since it was for 1 night. It was all ok until I found a bedbug in the bathroom when I woke up. NEVER AGAIN

Old - needs renovating; exterior looks fairly good but room interiors are dark/dank/ugly. Did have a nice, clean bed!! Hard to believe Wyndham hasn't done something to improve before putting their name on it. Minimal towels provided.

Mini-fridge was not working. Front desk person that finally showed up after 5 minutes said the maintenance person would come over. Never showed. Had to buy ice to keep drinks cold. Went to turn in cards for the room and there was a sign stating the front desk person had stepped out and to place them in a makeshift basket. Over 20 cards in there, so it's easy to assume there had been no one at the front desk in 30 minutes or better. ONLY plus of staying at this property is that it's walking distance from the casino. Otherwise, I'd never book there.

Front desk manager was super helpful and down to earth. Staff was extremely nice. For the money, can’t beat this place and its convenience to the Casino. We stay here every time we visit Cherokee. No complaints. Not fancy, but an affordable place to lay your head with friendly staff

Checked in 12/28 scheduled to check out 12/30. I left 12/29. I HATE that I didn't get the insurance through expedia for emergency checking out early (but would this have been covered?) I also HATE that I didn't take heed to the reviews I read beforehand. The beds were so high and my knees are bad... took at least 20 minutes for me to hop onto the bed and every time again when I had to get up in the middle of the night. The sheets did not fit the bed. They looked homemade. The outlet at the sink didn't work. The heater was so loud! It'd get loud and then go quiet. Get loud and then go quiet. Get loud and then go quiet. All. Night. Long. Couldn't take it anymore and left Friday early evening even though I was paid through Saturday. The bed was comfortable once I was in it and the staff was nice except the the crabby looking older guy that didn't speak, just gave dirty looks. And in case you're wondering... after voicing this to the front desk while checking out... they said they could've offered me a stool to get onto the bed.

After checking in, been in the room about 10 minutes. All of a sudden our door opened by a stranger. The front deck gave him a key for his room and he went to our door by mistake but his key card opened our door! Since of being safety in our room went out the window. Then we were watching TV and it kept freezing. I called front desk and he said we have a satellite and to ether change channels or watch something on your phone. The room was very under par for the exuberant amount we paid for such a low grade room!

Blanket was dirty, toilet did not work well, dirty tub with pubic hair, dirty wash cloth hanging on shower curtain rod. Left early due to poor response from front desk. They said they would have maintenance look at it, if they came in. Will never stay there again.
