Would be nice if we were told about the no smoking near the place before booking it. Husband had to stand on street corner to smoke or pay a fine of $250 and that is very inconvenient. Then one point he goes to smoke and the property manager is standing at a room door on balcony smoking away. Pretty messed up

One reason I chose this place was because it had breakfast. But they had really nothing I could eat- I’m low carb. I expected them to at least have eggs or fruit. It was clean. And the people were nice. Small tv.

Creek side rooms are amazing
We had a creek side room, so having my coffee in the morning in the rocking chair over the beautiful creek was an amazing way start the day. The owner was super friendly and helpful.

We were looking for quiet and peaceful and that is what we found here. I love the river in the back and the rocking chairs on the balcony. There is a small walking trail nearby and people were friendly!

Room was okay except floor was very dirty. Bikers were staying there and literally took over the breakfast room and parking lot. Manager did not try to control them. She was actually taking pictures of them. They were loud and partying in the parking lot and reving their bikes.

The service was amazing, and the view from your room is impeccable with a creek right behind your room which has a back patio to go out and sit. This is a hidden gem and I think anyone who stays here will be extremely happy they did.

We stayed in this hotel during our ski trip. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with frig and microwave. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but sufficient (only suggestion: coffee is watery).

A wonderful stay!!

Don’t stay.
Terrible smoking room. Had to sleep with both front and back door open so we could breath. Office must have known. They offered us a candle and a fan to use in the room. Broken toilet, hole in wall behind trash can and bent towel rack covered by towels. No water pressure and left as soon as we opened our eyes. It was not good. Told front office to which they responded that they knew about the damage.

We visited Maggie Valley, NC for the first time, & there we celebrated our 57th wedding anniversary. We checked some 20 motels, & we chose Four Seasons Inn. When we arrived, we saw that the entire facility was surrounded with lovely bushes, plants, flowers, & other items. Our room was large, excellently clean, well-arranged, and sufficient for all our needs. We were surprised to see glass/screen doors on the back of the room. We went on the balcony & enjoyed the rocking chairs. We observed several positives that were absolutely magnificent! Jonathans Creek’s waters constantly rush over large stones & somehow, they produce lovely, relaxing ‘songs’ all day long. Numerous tall trees are alongside both sides of the creek that blessed us with wonderful, fresh, cool breezes. Several clean, round tables and chairs, about halfway between the Inn & the creek, make for great places to chat, eat, drink, play games, just chill, etc. A complementary continental breakfast is available, self-served. Throughout town are many plentiful restaurants, stores, shops, etc.; (however, some were closed in August). Each room has a refrigerator, microwave, television, cable, internet, coffee & tea, extra towels, & accessible wall electrical outlets. We truly had an awesome, wonderful experience in our days at the Inn, look forward to another visit, & super-highly recommend Four Seasons.
