Nice, but crowdedPosted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: New appliances. Very nice TV. Kid bed in window. Free cookies in lobby.
Location: Went to the free water play area in Cherokee and my kid had a blast! Right next to a nice cream shop, too!
Had a really good experience here. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very crowded, booked completely full. After I made a noise complaint, the manager assured me he'd check my floor every half-hour to make sure it was quiet. It worked. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I decided to visit our daughter in Sylva, NC and this hotel is one of the 4 or 5 that popped up when I was searching for hotel close to her. The hotel actually had the best rate on the internet so I booked for 3 nights. All I can say is the room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was so nice. Our hairdryer in our room was broken and within 3 minutes of calling the front desk someone was at our door to replace it. We will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Nice hotel close to home coming churchPosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Being a new motel, the staff and their above level to help in any problem we encountered.
Location: The location is a great place located between two cities (Sylva and Dillsboro, NC with restaurants Located near by.
Checked in around 8 PM four nights and found the clerk was knowledgeable about surrounding area, restaurants, entertainment etc. The staff went above expectations from maids to the breakfast staff. We would stay here again.

New hotel acceptable distance from CherokeePosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Great employees and comfy beds!
Cons: Simple maintenance issues which will resolve over time.
Location: Reasonable distance from Cherokee and right off the highway so it is easy to get to and from. Also close to downtown Sylva and Bryson City.
The hotel was brand new when I stayed with my family. It was literally the second day it was opened. With that in mind, the rooms were very clean and everything was organized. Alternatively, due to the newness there were some expected problems such as a problem with the TV and air conditioning unit not working but as soon as we called the front desk they sent maintenance to fix it promptly and were very kind. All the employees at the hotel were incredibly nice and once they fix the small problems of being a young hotel, it will be a very pleasant place to stay.
