SUPERB for the money - excellent service.

Pros: The value and the staff - made us feel very welcome. Very accommodating.
Cons: Cou;ldnt leave the curtains open to watch the snow - the parking lot lights were so bright!
Location: Perfect - close to town yet a nice view.
We had a very lovely trip. It was a very happy weekend.

Our room was very clean.....updated furnishings..beds comfortable but pillows not so much.... the TV could be upgraded but the picture worked fine......I was really not expecting the room to be this nice....and WOW the price was great.......we will book here next time we go to casino.....

Location: Lake Junaluska, NC and Asheville, NC. and Waynesville, NC All have lovely views of the Great Smokey Mts. as well as resting areas to relax and eating accomodations.
Out of two rooms used, one was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The other had a number of maintaince needs, broken lock on sliding door, knob off heater, phone problems and coffee pot problems. Reporting did not correct all of them.

Awful motel. Staff is rude and not helpful whatsoever. Heat was broken, key stopped working, and service for all of it was trashy.

Hotel clean..receptionist not welcoming....
