“Much better than expected!”
After having read all the reviews, I was a little nervous about staying here. However, the room was beautiful, it was spotless, and the amenities were plentiful. The only disappointment I have is there was no jetted tub in my room. I was really looking forward to that. The public hot tub was open, so we just used that. I will definitely stay here again.
When I first review this hotel it was rated a 2. But I found the hotel to be way better than that. The room was very clean. The bed was tidy and neat. Bathroom was the cleanness. Basically I have no complaints at all.

Room was clean & staff was very nice. Breakfast was really nice ! Pleasant week end away. Walmart directly across street .

Not too bad a motel for an overniter close to the Pasadena, MD area
Great room for a couple of days just to get away from home for a couple of days. Restaurants and Walmart near by.
“Service great, but not room”
Stayed for 9 days and breakfast was exactly the same for all 9 days, bread choices very limited and no peanut butter for toast except for Sunday morning. Very satisfied with service persons and directions offered to sights. Was there mainly to support kids at Boy Scout Jamboree, 30 minutes away. Housekeeping did not sweep bathroom each day nor clean tub. Hair was everywhere. The housekeeper did not turn on a/c when done cleaning room even if we had turned it off in the night and temps were in the 100's and room was on second floor. Motel is across from construction site and many of the workers were staying there and up very early and coming in very late in the evening. There was mud from the construction workers in almost every stairwell no matter what time of day we came in or left. They did permit us to use the hot tub later than was posted, but no kids. The evening person at the desk was very friendly. Breakfast tables were always dirty and chairs were stained badly due to being fabric covered instead of plastic covered. Choosing again, I would have only stayed one night if I had not paid in advance for the 9 days on a credit card.
“Staff not truthful.”
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. We asked for a fold out bed for our daughter. It was paid and reserved for us. We were told it would be delivered to the room. 1 hour later not done. Called front desk. They said it would be done soon. 1 hour later again called front desk. I was told it was down stairs and could not be brought up since it was to heavy for front desk to carry up. I could not since I have a bad back. I told her then place us downstairs since rooms were available. They would not do so. After going to front desk we were told that someone would be coming in to assist from staff and it would be set up after returning from dinner. We came back and front desk said that they did not have a bed after all it was already taken. That was a lie since we paid for it and it was in the system. Clearly we were lied to and they gave it away to last family that was to book in downstairs room. During this whole process were told it would be delivered with no intention to do so. Our daughter had to sleep on the floor. It took her till 12:30 am that night to sleep. I did not get to bed until 01:00 am after driving for 6 hours that day. I will never go to a comfort in again ever. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
