We enjoyed a lot in the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. My son was very happy a well deserved Easter break!! Thanks to entire staff who were very helpful and supportive!!

Staff were absolutely fabulous. Couldnt fault any of them. So friendly and go above and beyond for guests. Only thing was the room designed for a family was tiny. Not much space for 3 of us and suitcases. Could do with ramps out the front for guests with heavy suitcases rather than just steps.

Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they good. Nothing too much trouble. Food choice and quality excellent Hotel has parts that could do with being updated but no complaints. Would definitely recommend and will return

Really like this hotel. Only criticism is that the door to the adjoining room was not soundproofed and we could hear the occupants quite clearly. Struck me as an easy fix..

Easy check in very friendly receptionist, bar staff very friendly and helpful!!! Poor meal ordered wrap and onion rings wrap came out missing rings - Barman went to chase and still 45 minutes later nothing got refund and apologies. Bathroom was dirty Other than that everything was fine

Great stay for what me and my son wanted . It’s not the most modern place but value for money I knew this . Staff were excellent, breakfast was lovely & swimming pool was great so would have no problem staying here again 👍

The initial room i booked was not suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. So was moved to a more comfortable room, staff were friendly and happy to help.

There’s a door separating a room from another! Although we clearly stated the type of guests adult child we’ve been accommodated in one of those rooms! I found it a bit difficult explaining my 14 year old child why, around midnight, the lady in the room next door was screaming loudly for a few times “oh my god” ending in asking my daughter to put earphones in her ears and listen some music! Attention to these kind of things would be much appreciated in the future! Other than that, everything ok! Breakfast was a better quality than premier inn travelogue, or Ibis! In fact, very close to Hilton standards!

Friendly staff in a peaceful and cosy hotel
Super friendly staff really made our stay, taki ng time to chat to us and make our stay more pleasant. My husband fancied a hot chocolate and the machine in reception wasn't making any. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to try and find us some in the kitchen, which I thought was very kind. When we went for a swim we didnt realise we needed a pound coin for the lockers, so the lady on the leisure desk leant us some. We had a lovely chat with the man at the leisure desk on returning our coins and at breakfast a young man offered to get us filtered coffee (there was instant available from the buffet machine). On top of that the rooms were clean and comfy, the pool and jacuzzi warm and peaceful and although we had 3 people in our room we didnt have to pay for an extra breakfast for our daughter, which I thought we'd have to pay, making the rate even more purse friendly. An excellent stay all round and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time we're in the area.

Staff not very apologetic for there not being any hot water for a day. Basic need for hot water not met and yet no offer of a hot drink at the restaraunt. Not very pleasant to have a cold shower before a long day of work.

Lovely stay
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good,however the shower area had not beenbthoroughly cleaned as there were still long hairs on the showrr panel. The grandchildrens' bedroom wall had water marks running down the walls which were eminating from the air con unit. I believe that the majority of the staff were very young and need more training although they were as helpful as they could be. Also the lack of staff was noticeable as a young man working in the bar had to cpme to reception to check us in as there was no staff covering when we arrived. Another young gentleman member of staff by the name of Phil however was excellent and couldn't do enough to help; he was brilliant! Extremely pleasant, helpful, jolly and sociable. He definitely deserves recognition. We had dinner in the hotel as the grandchildren could eat for free, however, we found the meals (although very good) and drinks extremely expensive . Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the children lived using the swimming pool. Would we stay again? Maybe if there was a good deal to be hsd.

Hotel is great big free carpark available. lounge area is nice QR code table service available , room was clean , pool was nice though sat afternoon was busy with kids all gone by 6 if you prefer it quicker, only negative was the evening meal not good at all and expensive
