Excellent job!

“Brief stay”

Only a brief stay due to collecting a family member from the airport early one morning but an excellent hotel.

“pretty good for one nights stay”

arrived and receptionist was very friendly and helpful room was quite spacious twin double bed and was clean lift was not working properly although no real problem as we were on 2nd floor and fault had apparently been reported bar and restaurant looked very quite so we asked receptionist if we could walk to a pub nearby. one 5 mins away not so good for food and another 10 minutes away. in the end we saw bus stop closeby and took 10 minute into Warrington itself where there were plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from got back and had a couple of drinks at bar where we had to pay on room in end becuase till was shutting down all in all although we did not use the hotel for much apart from sleeping it was more than adequate for what we wanted

Location is OK if you drive a car, Hotel condition is average level but acceptable. What I am dispointed is the service. I pay 15 Pounds for internet usage but do not work.My sun was told he has to wait to maintence and can not make commitment when is OK. After I come back with my wife ( shopping nearby), I came to frontdesk and told them: I have paid for quality service, the they provide a brochure so that we can use internet. We found we forget a T-shirt that my son was bought one day before in MU football club. I made a phone to frond desk and get reply saying they will contact me when they found. And no any response.
