“Would definately stay again”

Good car parking. Greeted with a smile. All staff very smartly dressed & helpful. Room immaculate. All you would expect from a new hotel. Breakfast was well prepared, a lovely choice of cereals, fruit, drinks plus cooked full English. Would recommend this hotel & definately stay again.

“Great place to stay - budget luxury!”

Stayed here whilst in Crewe for a leisure event. I guess it's mainly a business hotel as it's in a business park, but it was the weekend so we got a great rate and it was very near the station, the town centre and Crewe Hall where our event was. It's brand new so even though it's not a 'luxury' hotel it felt like a baby version of one as everything is stylish and new! The staff were really helpful (helped carry bags up to rooms, etc). Great for purpose.

“Good base from which to explore other places”

The rooms are clean, modern and stylish, with neutral decor, LED lighting, wood laminate flooring and a wet room shower room with green translucent glass/perspex, rather than tiling. The public areas (bar/lounge/restaurant) are light, airy, spacious, modern and air conditioned. I booked this hotel at a bargain rate through Expedia. Though breafast is not included, if you order and pay when you check in, you get it at a substantial discount on the advertised rate. The breakfast is very sophisticated and well worth the money (even at the full rate) - e.g nine different varieties of Twinings tea alone plus everything hot and cold you would ever want and more from a breakfast buffet. The clientle is mainly business in the week and family/MMU visitors/ Manchester Airport early flight stopovers at weekend. The hotel is on an attractive landscaped business park and the main site security office is directly across the road and security officers make regular foot and vehicle mobile patrols at night. I chose the hotel not only on price and because of the expectations re the Ramada brand name, but also because it is only 10 minutes walk from Crewe main line station, which has regular trains to Chester, North Wales, as well as Manchester, Liverpool, London, Scotland etc. It is a much cheaper alternative to the overpriced hotels in Chester and only a twice hourly frequency 20 minute train journey away. I would have no hesitation in recommending as a base.

“New and contemporary in a convenient location”

This hotel is but a few years old. It is very clean and fresh. The restaurant has a great selection and room service is prompt. It is about a half mile walk from the Crewe train station but there is not very much to do in the immediate surroundings of the hotel as it is located in a business park. I will likely stay again on my next visit to Crewe.

Excellent value if staying in the Stoke-on-Trent area. Drive a little to save a lot. Very clean and modern.

Hotel is brand new: room was great with a lovely bathroom & huge shower. Staff helpful / friendly. Only criticism - only one pillow provided per person and they were a bit hard.

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The rooms have all you need with a lovely "wet room" style bathroom and has herbal tea with the tea and coffee. This place is good as a business hotel as the rooms are functional rather than plush.

“What you would expect from the ramada encore.”

Location was good in terms of vicinity to M6. However, on a business park - so needed to get in the car to get food, cash etc. I did not eat in the hotel while there. Hotel new. Room clean and had everything you would expect from a ramada encore. Although there were only a few guests while I stayed - still got noise from other guest walking on wood floors on the morning. Hotel in a quiet location - no traffic noise while I was there but it was a bank holiday.

very clean and room is in good condition. the basic needs in the room are met. internet access via cable not wifi.
