Great place with great employeesPosted Apr 5, 2014
Staff was super friendly, greeted us with snacks and water, breakfast was surprisingly great and wifi was perfect. I actually forgot my phone charger in the room when checking out. The hotel manager sent it to my home in Montreal free of charge! Thank you Jayson and Gina for the follow-up and the nice gesture! Now I can charge my phone again!

Value for moneyPosted Mar 24, 2014
Stayed 2 nights while attending a funeral nearby. Hotel was good. Guests noisy on second night but not hotels fault. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Facilities excellent.

In swimming pool area was very little amount of towels. Maybe 2-4. Restaurant was closed. Open for breakfast only. And if you going to come after 8am food is gone

Disastrous experience - rude clerk/ pool closedPosted Jan 28, 2014
Cons: Train the staff to be decent to guests.
I arrived, checked in signed papers with my 10 year old son in tow - we'd planned to spend the night in hotel pool for his birthday. No sooner did I sign and the clerk gave me the key than he added, " The pool is closed." I said - no that was the whole reason for our visit. He could not have been less interested in apologizing for any inconvenience, or helping. He was rude and apathetic. He said, your room is prepaid with Expedia, so you can call Expedia to complain. Finally, I called the main Holiday Inn reservation line, asked for a nearby hotel with a working pool, and she was very helpful in dealing with Expedia to get me transferred to a hotel with a working pool. I guess she realized it's not good advertising to have an unhappy mom with children in the hotel lobby. Never, ever going back to that place. But at a corporate level, the service was very helpful indeed.

Usually more comfortablePosted Jan 21, 2014
I have stayed there many times . I love the indoor pool and hot tub . Rooms are always clean t.v. always works beds clean and comfortable . The only issue however this time was the extremely loud heater/ventilation system in our room . Woke us up the first time at 11pm then again at 2am finally just turned it off. Notified the desk in the morning and while they did apologise they seemed less than surprised and offered no compensation for the bad night's sleep
